She stated there was not such a product and then took me to the false eyelash section. As she was picking up some boxes of adhesive that had fallen she realized she was holding black eyelash adhesive and in her own words, "I guess we do have such a product." If you're going to hire people to work in the beauty industry then spend the time to make sure they have a strong knowledge of the products that are offered in your store.
