Love this place so much. My bf family lives in Englewood so I always come here to get them done when we're in town and I live in miami. Traditionally have been a wax customer but I've converted to threading ever since being recommended this place. I'm extremely picky with my eyebrows as I like thick full shaped eyebrows. However I will say I'm very vocal before starting and tell them always please done shorten my brows just clean and shape I like them thick and that always helps. I did have one time I didn't like it but I'll only ask if Rose is there to get them done because she's great and keeping them full. Just make sure to tell them what you expect before hand. I called to see who was available today after reading some reviews sense there seems to be a favorite lady. However, I couldn't understand the lady that answered the phone, and when I asked her to repeat herself she got very snappy and rude. After this situation I will not be going there. read more

Ugh so unhappy with my last two visits. The newest lady there did my eyebrows last time. I did not like how they turned out but I hate speaking up so I left without saying a word. Today, the same lady is there and messes them up again. She finished one and asked if I like it. I was honest and said no, you made them too thin and the top is uneven. So she takes more off, making them thinner. She said twice "it's how you have them" no, lady... it's how you made them. I've always had thick crazy eyebrows but now they're thin... I got my eyebrows micro bladed back in 2018, I paid over $300 + tip. After the 6-8 weeks I had to go back in for a retouch which was between $70-$80 plus tip. After my retouch had healed, I noticed one side of my eyebrow was rounded and the other side was square and I went in to have my brows threaded and mentioned it to the owner, she told me it was an easy fix and to make an appt to come back, so I did. I went in, she didn't mark any lines, she didn't numb me, she just went in and tattooed. After she was done she told me that they looked a little different and once they were healed they would be fine, and charged me $50. I went out to my car and looked at them and they were completely crooked, I went back inside and said they were completely crooked and she assured me they would heal normally. Some time went by and my eyebrows stayed crooked. I reached out to Alyss to see what I could do to fix their error and their response was to "use a lighter brow pencil" my eyebrows weren't filled in. Then they left me on read and never reached back out. I let it go and figured if I gave it more time, that they will fade on their own, and even though they were negligent, I still had my eyebrows threaded there from time to time. Fast forward now to 2021, I'm getting married in 6 months and my eyebrows have yet to fade so I've been going through the removal process. I'm currently almost $1,000 dollars in removal And still have more removal sessions to go. The last I'm currently going to informed me that when doing eyebrow tattooing they are only supposed to go through the first layer of skin, and they went so deep that my eyebrows are scarred and as a result I have to go through more then the average amount of sessions. I posted this review once before and the owner saw it and called me in to talk, she offered to re-tattoo my eyebrows and told me to make an appointment. After I went home and thought about it I realized that this was not something I was comfortable with doing, it wasn't done right correctly the first time and not to mention it's an uncomfortable situation to be in, so instead I asked her to refund my money just for the tattoo, the retouch, and the $50 dollars that she charged me knowing that she messed them up, we've gone back and fourth and they told me they would give me a gift card even though I don't want to step foot back in their shop. She basically told me I had to come in and talk to the owner in order to "figure it out" mind you I have a life, a wedding to plan and 3 kids to take care of. I don't have time to waste my time and go back and fourth with someone because they don't want to do the right thing. The customer service is absolutely awful and I will never be returning. Beware that they don't take advantage of you, and don't give business to people who don't care about the customer and only money. read more

My eyebrows come out nice every time but i did have a concern my most recent visit. There was a sign up with all the Covid precautions and it specifically said the technician is to wash their hands in between each customer. This did not happen for me. The technician finished the lady in front of me and then sat me down in the same seat the customer before me was in on top of not washing her hands. Great way to spread a virus. read more

My teenage son bought a gift certificate from the port Charlotte location. His girlfriend wanted eye lashes not knowing how much they cost they sold hI'm the most expensive service they offer. Two hours later he called the salon back notifying them that his girlfriend refused the certificate and he wanted a refund. They stated that they've never heard of a refund on a gift cert! They have no wording anywhere starting no refunds. we have made several attempts to resolve this issue with no success .They now state they are making changes on their certificates and website to show no refunds...unfortunatly at my sons expense of $255.00 Bad business !!! read more

Clean, professional, fast and friendly. The young lady working tonight was by herself yet had total control of the business. She was very friendly and not even a little stressed by the waiting area quickly filling. I'm visiting for work and cane here only because of the Yelp reviews. I'm extremely particular about appearance (nails, hair, eyebrows etc) and if I give a recommendation it's because I was impressed and pleased. I wish I had asked the technician's name. She was very talented and took pride in her work. Pricing was very fair $22 for eyebrows and upper lip. This is my second time threading and will never wax again. I stay smooth for several weeks!!! Angela is great at eyelash extensions. I used to get my lashes done regularly in CA a few years ago and loved it. Recently I decided to do it again because I don't like spending more than 5 minutes doing my make up. I am sooo happy!
