(Never did get to a pedicure) The product was thick and uneven with residue left on my fingertips. I had actually gone in the week before to interview their nail tech who was a darling woman. I questioned her about techniques and products. The pictures on line of her work were amazing. HOWEVER Nearly 3 and 1/2 hours later I paid $62 for just a manicure and left a $10 tip to be polite. THEN had to find another salon to FIX my nails. In addition, I had told Sue the owner, that I would be looking for a consultation for my hair when I came in for my nail appointment. At the receptionist counter I mentioned this to Beth as well that morning. The salon was not busy yet no one made the time. How this experience made me feel, personally, there is no need to explain.

Hair turned out perfect, and it was so fun chatting with her during the appointment. She makes the whole experience feel easy. One tip: she stays pretty busy, so it's definitely best to book an appointment ahead of time if you can. The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more. What a treat. Overall such a nice visit.... great conversation, great service, and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!
