When I walked in no one greeted me, no one was at the desk, and none of the stylists bothered to say anything. I looked for a place to sit down but most of the chairs were taken up by handbags or jackets, there was no coat rack so the seats were just full of stuff. Found the only empty seat in the corner. Maybe 5 minutes in someone finally said hi and I told them why I was there. I had my eyebrow wax first- the room was so dimly lit I can't see how anyone could see what they were doing. The lady waxed my eyebrows and they looked fine in the dim lighting. After I left the salon and was out in the sunlight I realized how much she had missed which was frustrating. Pedicure was next. This poor lady was sitting sprawled on the floor to do my pedicure. It was basically a big glass bowl with stones and warm water from the sink. She's on her knees on the hard floor with her feet sprawled to the either side of her trying to do this pedicure. After she had put my polish on she put cotton in between my toes as toe separators....cotton + fresh wet nail polish does NOT work well together. She basically rushed me out after putting cotton between my toes. The lady who had arrived to work the front desk could not have hated her life any more. I don't think anyone even said goodbye. The experience was actually pretty laughable. So I walked out of the salon with messed up eyebrows and cotton stuck to my fresh nail polish. I will never be back here, ever, for anything.
