Michelle sent me a private message, and I let her know how nervous I was, and that I really didn't have a lot of money to spend on getting my hair colored. We booked an appointment a few days later, and today was the big day! Michelle made me feel very comfortable, and confident. I was greeted with a handshake, she asked me to tell her about myself, she put all of my fears to rest. I'm a very loyal customer, whether it's as a patient at a medical or dental office or for my hair. My friend who has cut my hair for twenty years doesn't do color, and she referred me to someone who never called me back; Michelle was very professional, and by the time we were done, we were hugging. My hair looks and feels fantastic! I'll be going back in three months, already have my appointment scheduled. Update: I love, love, love my hair!! It looks so natural! After two weeks, I had to come back and do an update. Thank you Michelle, here's your fifth star. :)

She explained every step of the process, pausing to make show me the changes, and always asking for feedback. My eyebrows looked fuller and completely natural, which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Orna!

When she found Orna, everything changed. From the very first consultation, Orna made her feel comfortable and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. The results were absolutely beautiful. Her eyebrows and lips look perfectly natural, and my mom couldn't be happier with her new look. My mom is very picky and a true perfectionist when it comes to aesthetics, so the fact that she is this pleased speaks volumes about Orna's professionalism and expertise. Our face is our first impression, and I wouldn't trust just anyone to work on it. I will 100% continue to recommend Orna to everyone.

This last time I saw her I wasn't really sure what I wanted so I just told her to make it up as she went along. As you can see from the included picture: Another haircut well done. Reading the review of L.F. made me think that she had some weird, personal issues and spends way too much time worrying about her hair. In fact, if you bother to look at L.F.'s profile you'll see she has only written one review and she uses it as a platform to whine about her "bad" haircut. Not much of a reliable testimony. L.F: Girl, you've got zero cred.

Finally, I felt confident enough to give it a try. Now, I am so happy and satisfied by my new look! I am glad that I found her and I am planning to have my eye and lip liner tattoo done by her. Jill responded later that same day, saying that only one person works Saturdays, and she just "does her regulars. Most of us don't work much after five except for our regulars. I replied asking if any hair stylists are available on a weekday during working hours, but I did not receive any response. So I presume this means that they are fully booked and are not taking new clients at this time. A response confirming this would have been helpful.
