Long story even longer the owner said she would do my daughters nails, owner didn't do my daughters nails but the women whom took a customer who had walked in well after we had been there ended up doing her nails. So we waited all this additional time although we had been inconvenienced to begin with. No concern for people's time, no apology offered and no discount for the inconvenience or the fact that my daughter didn't receive an actual proper manicure.
