So after reading up on reviews decided to come to Perfect Brow and was lucky to get Shauna! My eyebrows were looking like Groucho, yet sparse because of a fluctuating thyroid issue and honestly my brows had me feeling self-conscious. Shauna listened to my desired look and showed an outline of how she proposed to accomplish the look. I agree'd and was pleasantly surprised by the low discomfort from her technique. But honey when I looked in that mirror when she was done I felt and looked beautiful! Turned me back into a girl! Thank you so much for your time, attention and conversation...And I agree, I do need to come back and see you!

The BEST in brows and lashes!…read more I get complimented and asked multiple times every single day about who does my brows. Well it's Stephanie of course! I have been seeing Stephanie for a few years now, and she has completely transformed my brows! My right brow was short and uneven from being over waxed at a nail salon, and she has worked wonders with getting it back in shape (get it?)! I don't even touch them anymore--I give it all for her to take care of for me! I always do the arch and dye (my brows are pretty light so dying them is a must) along with the lamination service. It's so worth it because I just wake up and brush through them with a spoolie brush, and I'm good to go! I really love the lash lift and tint service she offers, as well. It's nice and super convenient to wake up every day with curled, lifted and defined lashes! With the brow and lashes services, you'll only need a fraction of the time to get ready in the morning, and I'm always down with that!! Stephanie is really fun to be around, and her studio is so cute and relaxing, yet it's a sophisticated atmosphere. I highly recommend Stephanie's Beauty Bar for your beauty needs!

My friend Amy Rodbell, who is chic, sweet and runs a great jewelry line, asked if any of her local friends would be available for a photo shoot to model the newest items from her business, Swell Caroline (see my review: http://www.yelp.com/biz/swell-caroline-atlanta#hrid:aizeSyXjsoSNIws-Vzf9Tg/src:self) and we got a fabulous photographer/SCAD grad and amazing - seriously! if I could only do this to myself!!! - makeup artist to boot. Did I mention Amy let us pick an item to take as our "searcy" for our time? What more fun could I have on a non-work-Monday, I don't know....Back to the makeup . . . Kimberly, first of all, is just awesome. Someone with whom you'd want to be friends. She's real, funny, and totally puts you at ease. She even dealt with her boyfriend's doctor's appointment before our shoot and made it in great shape (ie, sans stress though I'm sure she was worried, and we all asked after him) and was so fun all day long. And the day got hot! (This is gonna be a loooong hot summer in Atlanta, if the current temps are any indicator) MAC, and all the other goodies. Kimberly's time at Entebello and since then now on her own (she does a lot of weddings and loves to, and does them for high-to-low but definitely works with the best wedding planners and event places so if you're in the market, check her out), she is delicate and careful with the "palettes" she creates on your face. I NEVER have my makeup done (I don't think I've had it done since my wedding in 2002, by Aric Castleberry, who's no longer in Atlanta but whom I grew to love and trust completely, and with whom Kimberly is a colleague) but I felt so pretty today!! Yes, it got hot and sweaty, but she fixed me up as needed, and I even went home for a quick nap before my event tonight - and my eyeliner was still perfectly in place after. Love her! Can't wait til I have an excuse to get prettified again.
