I asked for her to shape my eyebrows since it's been about a month and a half since I last got them done. They are incredibly uneven and she took a huge chunk out of the bottom of my eyebrow. I commented on it and she tried to play it off like it had always been there. I spend a good amount of time during my morning routine on my eyebrows so I know the shape and hairlines intimately. That bald spot was not there. Terrible job and even more disappointed that she couldn't accept responsibility.

Tom came out and literally gave me his parking spot, talk about amazing customer service. As far as my experience, I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure while enjoying a few mimosas. I was very relaxed and serviced as soon as I walked in the door. Linda serviced me and I believe she is a newer nail technician. She took her time and my nails came out great. Only complaint I have is I wishes they used new nail files on my nails. I also wasn't familiar with the nail brand D&L. I picked the color 155P which is a bright orange which was beautiful. The prices were what I normally spend on my nails every month. About $75 including the callous removal.

For almost an hour no one attended to me. Close to the hour, I was told it'll be just five more minutes several times, however, by that time I decided to leave. I was very patient & quite disappointed. If they didn't have time for me, they needed to have told me. To just wait around for nothing, it's not like I had all the time in the world. I felt as though this experience was so awful & unprofessional, that unfortunately I will not be returning.

Bina made me feel comfortable & she was thorough in her job, plucking last bit of hair with tweezers to ensure I was getting what I wanted. these people are full of it…read more.. Service: If you aren't Ethiopian, you probably won't receive the best service. The main woman who may also be the owner is rude and seems to change her prices when she feels like it. I've gotten my hair flat-ironed or curled here a hand full of times, but I stopped spending money with them after I noticed that two people (whom were Ethiopian) came after me and were serviced before me. After that, I would only pay them every once in a while to wash my hair- no blow dry or anything else. It was a $10 fee to get my hair washed. I visited this place yesterday to get my hair washed and was asked if I'm getting a flat-iron and I stated no. When it was time to pay, I was asked if I wanted cash back as well. They usually give cash back to allow people to tip. In my mind, I was already going to tip $5 so I requested that. I was given my receipt and it stated $20. I was confused as to why I was charged $20 when the wash should have been $10 and I only requested $5 cash back. I told the woman that I thought it was $10, and she just said no. I paid the $15 and kept my $5 because I'll be damned if I pay $20 for a hair wash with no blow dry. Now that I think of it, I think the woman added her own tip. In addition to hair services, they also have a barber for mens hair cuts and they do some waxing. If you seen the way the waxing machine looks and you care about sanitation, you may not want use that service. Ambiance: the salon isn't well maintained in the least. It usually smells of burnt hair or a bad perm. There isn't much decor. The seating and other things are screaming for an update. I don't think they have a window to open, so there isn't much air circulation. The bathrooms are usually dirty and the ceiling in there drips when it rains. I've never seen anyone come with an appointment and there is usually only 2 hair stylists, so I believe it is a first come first served situation. You will be here at least 3 hours with how long they take. Your hair will look decent and maybe even beautiful, but I hate that they add product to your finished hair because it makes the style get greasy and stale faster. There is free parking in the parking lot.
