I've been coming here since I moved to Stockton 6 years ago. I'm from LA where threading is everywhere and can cost as low as $5 so I was kind of annoyed that they charge $12 for their service. But with their membership deal of $50 for unlimited threading for three months it pays for itself even if you only go twice a month for three months. I'm terrible and never get the name of the women who do my brows. One is just the sweetest and does a great job -- really takes her time with my brows and knows just how to clean them up for me. The is always on her phone when I come in and stays on the phone while she does my brows -- I don't care too much as long as she gets the job done, which she does. read more

I have used this shop regularly and have been pleased with my brows. It was evening and I checked hours and it said tge shop was open to 7pm. I went to the shop and arrived at 6:54. The door was unlocked and not a single customer was in the shop. I asked to have my brows done. They usually take no more than 5 minutes. The person working in the shop told me she was closed. I looked at my watch and the door and said it says you are open to 7pm. She stated that she needed to clean her shop and settle her credit card machine. Sorry, but those are things you do when you are closed, after your posted business hours. I do not appreciate when proprietors do not observe posted hours. Time to find a new shop. read more

Took a chance and I'm glad I did! First time getting my eyebrows threaded ever and they came out looking good, they're so clean now. No more tweezing for me. $12 to get your eyebrows done, which imo is reasonable to not have to deal with doing my eyebrows myself anymore. The salon was clean and quiet, and she took less than 5 min to take my crazy eyebrows and make them look nice again. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for a long time. It has been on and off with threading as well. My eyebrows needed to be done since I waited 3 weeks and the hairs were everywhere. I decided to go to this location because it is convenient and near the places I had to go to. So after work I headed to Brows Arch. It was empty and quiet which was a plus. But the lad at the desk was very rude. I came in and she did not say a word or look up to what I needed. I then asked her the prices she points to the wall and says okay sit down. I was thinking maybe she had a bad day or something. The way she was acting was very uninviting. But I did like the way my eyebrows turned out. Sorry not sorry customer service is A BIG DEAL TO ME! Practically spit in my face while talking and threading my eyebrows! The lady who threaded my brows talked very loudly on the phone the entire time and did not greet me when I walked in the door. The cleanliness was also a problem she picked up a big ball of hair from who knows where it came from on the floor and did not sanitize her hands after ! Unable to review services, only timeliness. Traveled here for nothing. Hours displayed on business door say open at 9:30 AM. Waited for 30 minutes and still not open as of 10 AM, not even a sign on the door to explain temporary change in hours. Tried calling phone number on the door and it goes to a fax line. read more

I switched from waxing my eyebrows to getting them threaded when I realized how quick and easy it was at Brows Arch. Every time I would go it would be the owner. Never knew anybody worked there. One day I went in and it was a different lady. I took a chance and boy did I regret it! She was HORRIBLE. My eyelid had about 12 little knicks that burned like hell! I said never again would I go to her. That was quite some time ago. Yesterday, I went again and it was just her. Wasn't sure when I could go back so I decided to give her another chance. Maybe by now she's had more experience. NOPE. She rushed and was done in no time. I had 6 little knicks on my eyelids. So she's 50% better than she was last time but I will never go to her again. I would have given this review 5 stars but this lady ruined that. But the owner does a great job! Stick with her and you'll be fine. read more

I went in to get my eyebrows done. The last time I went in she rounded them and ruined the shape. So I grew them out and figured I'd give them another shot. My brows are suuppperr uneven. I was really anxious about getting them done here. I haven't been able to find a place that didn't go by appointment only that could do my brows good. I really really needed a clean up and a shape to my brows. So I decided to give this place a chance since its close by my neighborhood anyways. There was only one lady working and there was three other ladies waiting. I was in and out of there in 15 min or even less. My brows were cleaned, had a nice shape to them, and they looked great! Not totally even but hey, I didn't blame her, my brows grow in whatever direction they want. I didn't expect her to get it exactly the same. But if you ladies are on the go and need a quick brow clean up. Highly recommend this spot! read more

The threading abilities of the staff are not that great. I asked for an arch in my brows like I always do and the women couldn't do it. I have been here a few times. Today is the second time I have attempted to get my eyebrows done after work. I was already rushing and got there at 6:40. I walk up and the owner is sweeping, she looks up and looks back down. I attempted to open the door again and she looked at me and said we are closed! I pointed to the business hours that clearly read open until 7 and she looked away! I am over her and attempting to work around her hours! Too bad because even though she doesn't do great work I went there because it was close to my home and I like to give to the businesses in my community but I will go in Manteca near work where the owner Harpreet does an amazing job read more

I love this lady!!! I got my eyebrow done here twice!!! They come out so perfect, some of family comes here and they love it as well. It's so close to home too so that's just a bigger plus! I would recommend this place to anyone and just say be sure to say what you want instead of just sitting on the chair and hoping they could read your mind. read more

I'm usually a loyal customer to the Indian Threading place on Hammer but they close at 5 on Saturday's and this place is open until 7 and since I was in trinity park way I decided to try it out. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment because usually threading places require an appointment for a full face thread, however, an appointment wasn't needed when I called. When I got there the woman who was doing the threading asked if she could take my makeup off which was nice since I'm usually never asked that before they do it. The threading was surprisingly painless ( as painless as threading could be) and she was being a perfectionist at it which is a huge plus since I'm also a perfectionist about my face. She was also pretty quick. My entire face and neck took about 15 minutes. It cost me a total of 45 dollars and she did offer me the witch hazel but said I wouldn't need it if I was planning on washing my face. She also told my about their membership plan which sounded pretty great( unlimited threading for 3 months). I would recommend this place. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. Not very talkative people and they may come off as rude but this is how they are as people. They do an amazing job. I went to another place for years getting my waxing done and they always told me my eyebrows are naturally thin. I came here and they proved my eyebrows are beautifully thick and just need correct shaping. They're very quick as well! Fair warning, if this is your first time getting your eyebrows threaded, it will hurt immensely but it gets better with each time you go. read more

This place is sucks...young girl with long black hair is not friendly, she threads really rough and uneven (I even bled) she doesn't sanitize and smooth brows first, she doesn't even use ointment at the end. Hope this place closes soon to make room for something else better. read more

Ladies are not too friendly but I'm okay with that because they make my eyebrows flawless. They don't talk too much which I'm also okay with because I'm not there to talk. Somewhat pricey, but 100% worth it. read more
