Please read before coming here! This is an honest review. I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded... unfortunately this will be my last visit. The area is typically clean and well ventilated. I normally have the same girl that does my eyebrows and have been satisfied in the past, however, I had a different girl that did not seem to care. I came in on Monday, June 26th in the evening with my sister. The girl working there spent more time on my right arch and she stopped rather suddenly on my left arch to check her phone because it was ringing... to my horror I saw that the left arch was not even! It was way higher and not smooth... I pointed this out to her and she corrected it with "your done"... I feel she should have asked "how is it now?" Oh and btw she was talking on the phone when she was redoing my eyebrows! My sister was also unsatisfied with how her eyebrows turned out... Her customer service was poor and she did not seem to care about the treatment... I did not get her name because I knew I wouldn't come back here but here is a description of her: she will be on her phone, wears a portable headphone around her neck. If you want your eyebrows to be even go to Macy's brow bar at Eastridge mall or Amarjeet on 3128 Edenbank Dr, San Jose, CA 95148 (5 minute driving distance). Both places are BETTER with excellent customer service but Macy's brow bar is expensive, $21 while Amarjeet is just $6! I've had a great experience for both. Make sure to call for an appointment first. read more

Do not go here. My eyebrows are completely ruined. They took out too much on the outer part of one eye brow, and on the opposite eyebrow they took took much on the inner part. Not only that, but too much off the bottom of one, and too much on the top of the other. My whole face looks lop sided now!!! My eye brow are not only now super crooked, but shifted on my forehead!! I should have known better than to give them a second chance. The first time they made my eye brows slightly crooked/uneven and had the audacity to tell me it's my natural eyebrows. B****H no, they were perfectly straight before you touched them. I'm the idiot to think it was just a one off. It seems all of the staff here do not care to pay attention or truly listen to the customer. Not returning here even as convenient of a spot that it is. This place would be only perfect for someone you absolutely hate and is always asking you where you get your stuff done at. read more

I'm so sad because I've been coming to this salon for 2 years and never had problems until today. I asked for a clean up and then the person who did them was over explaining what my eyebrows SHOULD look like even tho I only get them done there. They left my left eyebrow thinner than my right one. And both of them look like chunks were taken off by accident. She blamed my "thick" hair and that she was just trying to help me look better. I am so sad and embarrassed. It was my first and last time getting my eyebrows done with whoever was working today around 4-5. And I wont be going back period to not risk this happening again. read more

UGH! I normally like this place because I usually get the main threader who is nice and does an amazing job. But this time around (on a WEDNESDAY) the girl whose ALWAYS ON HER DAMN PHONE was there. This is my second time having this girl clean my eyebrows. The first time, her performance was whatever and WAS ON HER PHONE. She not once tried to engage in conversation or even asked what type of service I wanted, but went straight for my eyebrows. My brows were ok and I vowed to myself that I wouldn't go to her again. But yesterday, (11/30/16) I was desperate, I had to get my brows cleaned. When I saw that it was her and not the other girl, I immediately cringed my face, but thought hey...everyone deserves a second chance....OH HELL NO! WORST MISTAKE EVVVVERRR!! NEVER GO ON A WEDNESDAY. The first and last time I went was a Wednesday and it was her. She's rude and offers no customer service whatsoever. She's on her phone being chatty Cathy and not paying attention to what the hell she's doing. And when I pinpointed her mistake, she tried to argue and said she was just cleaning it. HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO GO OVER A MICROBLADING TATTOO? ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS CLEAN OUTSIDE THE LINES. UGH I'M SO IRRITATED. Honestly. This places deserves 0 stars. Worst job I've ever gotten done. As soon as I sat and tried explaining what I wanted with my eyebrow, she starts working on on my eyebrow before I even finished my sentence! No smile, no greeting...nothing. The threading experience was the most painful I've ever had. I have a very high pain threshold but is had to stop this girl at least 4 times Midway! When she saw I was in pain, she told me that I'm not pulling them enough. I get my eyebrows done pretty regularly, never have I ever been told that....anyway....when I looked in the mirror, the brows were shaped nicely but my skin had dents on it...she pulled on the skin!!! Right now it hurts and burns like crap! I wanted upper and lower lip threaded too but then I stopped her. I'm not the one who created a scene at shops, but they've lost a customer for sure!! Every time I go to Eastridge Mall, I always see Brow Arch across from Daiso. I've been checking Yelp to see if their business has been added but no luck to see if they're any good. I always see people in there so I finally gave them a chance. First impression, its a large space with a few chairs and a lot of accessories displayed around the store. The woman that did my eyebrow threading was very inviting initially and had me sit down after telling her I was interested in eyebrow threading. It's not my first time eyebrow threading so I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up of any stray hairs and trimming the longer hairs to groom them in shape. The process was too quick, I was in and out within a 5 minute time span. Anyone that knows me, I'm very particular with how my eyebrows look and I did not leave satisfied. She took off too much hair, she didn't shape them to what the initial shape was... she made them thinner with a higher/sharper arch. There's a saying "Eyebrows aren't twins, they're sisters" but they're not even related after this eyebrow threading. I just wanted to pay and get out. Pointing out any errors won't fix the situation since I can't magically grow that hair back to have reshape, and I wouldn't want them touching my eyebrows again. She was very pushy about purchasing their membership or prepaying for threading services. After I declined, her attitude was a complete 180 from I first came in. In two weeks, I'll definitely avoid coming to this place to get my eyebrows reshaped. Don't judge a book by its cover; even though this eyebrow threading establishment is in a clean, well lit store, I would rather have my eyebrows threaded at the kiosk in the mall out in the public to see. read more

DO NOT go here. I came here a few times before and they did a good job. This time when I came, it was completely empty. There was only one employee and she seemed vey preoccupied with some show on her phone. When it was my turn she didn't ask about what I wanted or what my preferences were. I had to stop her to tell her. She took about a minute on me and rushed me out of the chair and my eyebrows were two different shapes and sizes. So i asked her to correct it and she rushed through it again and went back to watch the show on her phone. This time it looked worse. One was a completely sharp angle and one was still thick. At that point I wasn't about to have her mess it up again. Crappy customer service and she did a half ass job AND she rushed me out. Never coming back. read more

Today a chunky middle-aged lady messed up my eyebrow! I've come here three times already and felt content. She just started w/o asking my preferences and I foolishly trusted her. She then greeted another client and walked to the counter-- leaving me reclined with my hands on my eyes. When she finished threading, I looked in the mirror and I FROWNED. Never have my eyebrows been so lopsided and uneven. The lady had the nerve to say that my eyebrows were already short on one side... Seriously? Don't blame your customers; we trust you with our money to do what you're supposed to be good at. If my eyebrows really were messed up to begin with, then she should have fixed it rather than blame me. After grudgingly paying, I came back. Tearing up, I told, her that I wanted to speak to her manager (whom she said was on vacation). I demanded a refund and thankfully I got it but she should be fired; this shouldn't have to happen to any one else. Last time, a younger girl took her time and made my eyebrows on point and appear longer so please be cautious when getting your brows done here. read more

Brows Arch - Middle-aged lady made one eyebrow shorter than the other and blamed me! - Henna Artists Near Me - San Jose, California

This is about the 6th time I come to this location and have always felt satisfied with the results. Well I walked in today 11/30 at about 730pm and had my brows done by the older woman. As soon as I walked in I could tell that she was annoyed, probably just ready to close. She literally spent about 3 minutes on my brows and butchered one of them!!!! She completely removed the peak of my brow!!! When I told her I was highly displeased she replied that she only cleaned them up like I had asked. She must of known that she messed up as she rushed me out the door without making me pay. It's really not about the $10, it's the fact that know I'm going to look like a fool for about 3 weeks!!! I went to get my full face threaded yesterday and I always forget to ask the lady her name but she's young and slim. She's very good. When I arrived she was already working on someone else but she politely greeted me and asked if I could wait a couple of minutes. I have no problem with waiting and once she was ready for me it only took about 10-15 min to do my whole face. Very fast considering it was the first time I've ever had my whole face done(meaning very long side burns). While she was doing my face 2 other customers came in but that didn't make her rush or make me feel like I was going to start receiving below par service. The only down side is that if this young lady isn't working I won't get my face or even just eyebrows done. I wish all workers were up to the same par. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Not only did they do a half-a$$ job on my eyebrows, but the lady snagged my EYELASHES, not once, but TWICE!!! She did not feel bad at all, and even tried to excuse herself because I "have long eyelashes"... Please bear in mind that I did not have false lashes or extensions on at the time. After she was done finishing up, she left the threaded hairs all over my face, and immediately proceeded to the cash register. At a $10 price point, this is just ridiculous. GO ELSEWHERE. For $10, you can go somewhere else where they not only groom your brows properly, but make sure they clean your face up, and give you a mini massage. read more

Super fast and clean work! This is by far the best job I've had on my brows. It's a little on the pricier side, but there wasn't even one baby hair in sight when she finished--unlike other places that I've paid the same price for. I came in just no 7/14/17 at 8:54pm the lady that was helping was on the phone the whole time and was rough when trying to move my face to a certain. I even have to ask her to re do it because I see hair still everywhere. She tells me the reason why is coz my finger was covering it, well maybe if you pay attention and actually get off your goddamn phone and do your job right you wouldn't need to re-do my brows. I walk in and it's more crowded than usual but yknow it was fine good for them for having business cause they never messed up my eyebrows. Until today yup thanks. I sit on that red chair and go, "hello! can you just clean up. I want them to be thick so don't make them thin at all I just want a simple clean up." She starts working and I feel a lot of it being threaded off but I brushed it off cause I thought I was being paranoid. She finally finished and gives me the mirror I almost had a heart attack. THATS ME????? there are basically two lines on my face those are not eyebrows. The hell? I asked for a clean up not for her to thin them out so bad that it looks like a line segment. The first time I came here, it was okay, but the left slightly didn't match my right. The lady was nice though. The second time I came, a different lady did them and she rushed it. There were still hairs that she missed. What annoyed me the most was her attitude. She made no eye contact whatsoever, didn't even smile, and had a look that says "ugh you are annoying." She was also on the phone the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! That lady could have asked me how I wanted to do them but she was preoccupied with her conversation. I would give it lower stars if possible. The jewelry looks good here, but its of bad quality. It falls down once and the stones come off. They have a no return or refund policy for that obvious reason, they know they dont have good stuff and people would come back asking for return. I was looking at an earring and by mistake my hand touched another earring, and it fell down, one stone came off. The sales lady was like you have to pay. I offered to pay for the repaid and said $50 for a pair of earrings whose stones come off when they fall down is not worth it. The lady there is super rude, made a comment like "If you cant afford it, why did you come in the store". There could be more polite ways to talk. In India, shop keeper would happily fix the stone, and be a good businessman and sell his stuff and guarantee that his stuff is good and stone falling is rare, Anyways, I paid and left the earrings for them. Don't want to buy cheap stuff. Well, they got their money but they just lost many customers. Would not step in their shop again. These obnoxious ladies laughed how my mother talked in her phone. Basically my mother was busy talking about business in her phone while settling down in a chair, and this one tired-looking lady didn't start on her brows but she sprinted up to her co-worker and laughed about the way my mother talked. I swear, they laughed SO HARD, and I could hear them talking from the entrance. After my mother paid them, both of the ladies rolled their eyes. I came in today 5/22/18 and the first time I got them done by a young girl and I liked how they turned out so today I went again and I walked in and this lady was on her phone (diff lady not the young) so I was like I've never been with her let's give her a shot. I told her just a clean up but she was too busy on her phone to listen and she over threaten my eyebrows left them really thin they were thick before and she butchered one of my eyebrows it has no arch and the shape is all messed up. This is a review for the older woman that works here. I just left and this woman was on the phone the whole time she did my brows so quick when she was done it looked like she didn't thread shit. And I had to ask her to do it TWICE over and she still didn't get all the hairs. So I was like fuck that I'm not gonna ask a third time. I also had to ask her to trim the hairs, the other lady who works here, the youngest one I think is really nice and does a good ass job I like coming to her but I haven't seen her lately. read more

Wow, that is unfortunate that the guy had such a horrible experience. Personally, I had a great experience. Every time I go in, I always try to get Ritu to do my eyebrows. She is always friendly, and makes me feel like I am in good hands. Customer service is such a hard business to be in, but Ritu has it down. She always greets me with a smile and asks me how I'm doing. Yes, this place is a bit pricier than others, but it is worth it to go in for Ritu's professionalism and skill. The place is always clean and Ritu always listens to my concerns and makes me feel like I can trust her and gives great advice on how to maintain my eyebrows. I never have to worry on how my eyebrows will look because they will always confirm with me before they start working. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded and I am unhappy with the service. It was too quick and not much attention to detail. I asked to have my eyebrow shape cleaned up and I got a very generic thin eyebrow shape when I was done. If you want eyebrow threading done with great customer service and a great deal of care, take your $10 somewhere else. Looks are deceiving, nice clean store but unprofessional and very amateur threaders. read more

Will NEVER go here gain. The first time I tried this place I was not happy with the results. I asked for just a slight clean up nothing to thin and shaped. As she was working on my eyebrows she asks, "Do you pencil your eyebrows in?" I was like WHAT!!! Of course she did them much thinner then I wanted but at least she shaped them well. So I decided like 3 months later I would give them another try. It was a different lady this time. I specifically told her NOT THIN I like my eyebrows more on the thicker side and I just wanted them cleaned up. She did it very quick and boy did she clean em up... So thin my entire eyebrow was the same width, I felt embarrassed to be seen in public. Also they werent even shaped they looked completely different from one another. I WILL NEVER EVER give them another chance, Its been 2 weeks and my brows still have not recovered more then 10%.. Stay clear if you like having eyebrows that can actually be seen. read more

I go get my eyebrows threaded every week and I never leave disapointed . The employees always greet me and my favorite employee is kuldip, I had a bad experience with a different threading company and they messed my eyebrows up really bad! But thanks to kuldip she has been a miracle worker on my eyebrows and has been fixing them and making my eyebrows look more even and the shape I want them every time I go read more

I have been a repeat customer over the past couple of years and have been very happy with the quality and thoroughness of the facial threading. Today, the young lady who threaded my face quickly "spot-threaded" it in just a few places. She was finished in about 1 minute. When I questioned her about threading all of my face, she just said "that's all". I will never come back here again. read more

I would recommend not coming here because they really messed up my brows. I came in to have my brows cleaned up and they ended up taking too much hair off on my right brow, so now theyre different lengths. On top of that the side thats shorter has a gap where they took off the wrong pieces of hair! She acted like nothing was wrong and didnt even apologize for messing up my brows! This place is an ok place to go to get your eyebrows done. I usually go to Khoobsurat out in Sunnyvale but i decided to give this place a chance. They didn't disappoint. I went to another place before this one and the lady totally messed up my eyebrows, to a point where they weren't even on the same level. i had to grow them out for the longest time and when i went here, the lady that did mine was understanding and tried her very best to fix what the other messed up. If i cant go all the way out to Sunnyvale, i always come here and they do a decent job. Plus, the store is very well lit and clean and also has very nice Indian jewelry. They also have this card where if you get your eyebrows done 5 times you can get your eyebrows done for free the next time you walk in. I recommend this place to my friends who are looking for a quick and easy fix up of their brows. read more
