I really dislike having to put this review, but if it saves another person's months of brow growth…read morefrom being destroyed in less than 5 minutes, so be it. I went to this location on Tuesday 7/29 around my lunch for a clean up only since I already have a brow shape that was fixed months previously from another botched threading visit at another location in the Bay. The lady was occupied the first time I came to the store so she asked that I come back in 15 minutes which I did. Once I returned there was minimal small talk but I did let her know more than once that I just wanted a clean up around the brows, no brow reshape, just a cleaning. Well she went to work right away and while I appreciated her urgency, I was a bit worried she was going a bit too fast. Then her small child comes onto the floor and it seems to have either annoyed, frustrated, or made her anxious because a minute later she was done. She didn't hand me a small mirror which is normally the norm after a service is done and instead asked me to look at my brows via the long full body mirror. I was a bit taken aback at 1. The speed in which she finished 2. Not offering to put aloe on my brows or even brushing the hairs that were pulled off my face. I sat there with brow hair all over my face and eyes. I had never had this woman work on my brows so while I wanted to examine them closely while I was there, I had a feeling she wanted me to be gone so I paid and left. I was charged $14, I paid cash and tipped $3. Of course the moment I get back to work I take a better look and sure enough she threaded too much on the bottom of both brows and now what was a lovely thick even line is now angled and uneven plus thin. I sent photos to my brow lady back East who fixed them and she confirmed that the woman who threaded them indeed took too much from both brows and made them uneven, FML. So what now? Well, I'm past the point of being upset tbh, I'm just disappointed in all honesty. I love to support local businesses, but I've given this place 3 chances and this is the last time I'm supporting or recommending anyone to come here for brows. I paid to have my brows fixed months ago after going through the same thing last year and in less than 5 minutes my brows were ruined. Lesson finally learned. In conclusion ladies and gentlemen, unless you want angled uneven thin brows, I would not recommend to come here for your eyebrow threading. Please do yourself and your brows a huge favor and make the drive and pay the price for someone professional who knows what they are doing and won't thread off months of growth and patience. Stay safe ya'll.

My BFF had flare ups like me from normal waxxing and started going to Valeria because it didn't cause her skin to flare up after, due to how they use sugaring. I already drive to MH to get my nails done, so I didn't mind going to another place for eyebrows too. I started going to Valeria while she was pregnant, so when she went on maternity leave I was handed over to her sister Marybel. During that time I decided to start growing them out because the eczema on my face was getting worse to the point I couldn't use any makeup. Marybel helped on tips of how to help new hair growth, and worked with me when I needed to rs because of flare ups. The process was long but I am seriously really happy with my eyebrows now. The sisters are really great to work with and they both make it super comfortable for me, even though I have major social anxiety issues. I went back to the salon right now to ask for a refund because I figured instead of getting it fixed again that it might happen again since I am an extremely sporty person. I had to ask a total of 3 TIMES for a refund because the 3 people working there kept asking me what I wanted? They weren't listening to me and proceeded to ask if I wanted to get it fixed. I then took off my sock to show them the results of what had happened and they proceeded to say, "We can't give you a refund. That's YOUR fault." My friend and I had wanted to pop into a jeweler - so we tried one downtown Morgan Hill but it was closed Monday. So I google search for others and we headed over to Harry's. Closed until 1:30pm- we walked next door to Hobby Lobby to shop around a bit. Then went back. Walking inside the store you can tell that this is not really a jewelry store - it is more a custom made jewelry store where Jack will make your dreams come true. I saw from the sign that he will rhodium your white gold jewelry - and seeing that one of my rings needed some work done - left it with him ($75) to work on. Now this is one of my favorite rings, with my dad's baguettes from his wedding ring in it, made for me from a different jeweler - but I felt comfortable with Jack to do this. I just had a feeling I could trust him. About two weeks later when I had the time to go back (He had told me 3 days) I was able to make it into his store - and the ring just looked great, polished with the rhodium placed back on it to protect it as best it could. Now with the trust built in with his work - I asked him to make my wedding band for me. And he is working on that now. I'll b back soon to leave another review on that item!
