This was genuinely one of the best beauty experiences I've had in a very long time. Master Mariia completely transformed my brows. I have never tinted them because I didn't think it would do much with naturally brown hair but wow, the difference was unbelievable. I didn't expect to be so in love with them, I can't stop looking!! This woman is honestly a magician. She threaded and shaped them beautifully while being incredibly attentive to my skin sensitivity and making sure everything suited my face naturally. The salon itself is clean, modern, and looks beautiful, which is why this review is so disappointing. Unfortunately, the technician I had (I believe his name was Tony) completely ruined my nails. I went in for UV gel, and the appointment took over two hours. Throughout the service, it was obvious he was struggling. He filed my natural nails down excessively before applying the gel, then filed over the gel so aggressively that it immediately started cracking around my cuticles. Instead of preventing the issue, he had to remove it and start the process all over again. Within just TWO DAYS, the nails were lifting and peeling. I ended up having to go back to my regular nail technician in New York to have everything removed and redone. The first thing she said when she saw my hands was, "Who did this to your nails? They're destroyed." Now my natural nails are incredibly thin, weak, and damaged from the excessive filing. I paid for a professional service and instead paid again to have someone else fix the damage. The salon may look nice, but the quality of the work I received was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not trust this technician with my nails again.
