It was challenging to find someone who would touch up previous work. Amy was wonderful to coordinate with, took the time to discuss my goals, and was incredibly kind and patient. We laughed, we clicked, and I'm elated to have time added back to my day, not having to pencil my brows in anymore. I cannot recommend Amy and her salon enough. A few tips for 1st timers: - know your goals and have some shape ideas in mind -they will be super dark for a few days, and you may feel self-conscious, plan accordingly, and have a few favorite hats handy -remember you cannot get them wet for ten days minimum (including showers, sweating, etc.) -they will take a full month to heal -this means they will feel like a sunburn, peel, shed, and look lighter than before at one point for a few days to a week -keep this all in mind if you have dates, special events, and more happening during the time frame

The first time I had it done, I was so nervous about letting someone put TATTOO NEEDLES into my FACE but Amy's a hands-down pro and my brows look great. I go back every year or two for touch ups, and I always look forward to seeing her. Some people say that having "semi-permanent makeup" is high-maintenance, but I think the total opposite. Amy gives my eyebrows the perfect shape, and I tweeze / wax / trim to the shape she creates and they always look great. I used to wear powder or pencil to darken my brows every day, but it would smudge or I would not do it perfectly, and I felt self conscious about it. Two of my sisters and I came to get our lashes done before we went on vacation, and they had enough staff to do all of ours the same time. Sherry did my lashes, she's the one who did all the training for the Xtreme Lashes. She was tedious yet still super fast. She made it really comfortable, talking to me and getting to know me making me feel at ease while getting my lashes done.
