I've been above Brownstein (same building; 555W23rd) for about a year now and have picked up a quick lunch a dozen times are so. (The perfect lazy persons place if you live in the building) Regardless of the location and the lack of cafes in area, Brownstein's still does a good job offering fresh homemade pastas, lasagnas, salads, soups and sandwiches, along with a assortment of coffee, pastries and other sweets.
