I am disappointed with my experience with Aguilar Brothers Lawn & Landscape. I scheduled a lawn…read morecleanup service, but it was repeatedly canceled with little or no notice. I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

Five Stars -- Outstanding Service From Start to Finish…read more We called every professional tree company we could find to remove two very large oak trees, and Ironwood Tree Company was the only one willing to make the drive to our location. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. We sent photos, and a supervisor came out promptly to survey the property. To our surprise, the crew was here the very next day. They worked for three straight days with a full team and all the state‑of‑the‑art equipment needed for a job of this size. Every single person on the crew was professional, polite, and considerate. Their communication was clear, and they treated our property with real respect. The quality of their work was incredible. They didn't just remove the trees--they cleaned up every last limb, branch, and wood shaving. By the time they were done, you would never know the yard had been full of massive oak limbs just days before. They even blew and raked the entire area so it looked better than when they arrived. I can't say enough good things about Jeff, his crew, and the owner. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. After this experience, I would never use anyone else!

Our house has a huge deck that was built around a gigantic, old silver maple tree. The tree was…read moreroughly 80 to 90 feet tall and it was estimated to be close to 100 years old. The tree was in a sad state and we were fearful that one of the large limbs would break in high winds resulting in a tremendous amount of damage to our house. We consulted with three arborists, and they all agreed the tree should be removed, but only one of them had a crane large enough to do the job and that was Nick's tree service. This was not an inexpensive project. It was just under $11k. But I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality of work that Nick's tree service provided. It took them less than three hours to completely remove this tree. And after they had cut, chipped, swept, and left. You would've never known they were even here, except of course, for the huge hole in our deck where the tree used to be. The entire crew was very professional efficient and got the job done in record time. It was money well spent.

Obviously it's not just me from reading other reviews. I'd call them first, any time. I was coming down the street, going home. The tree they're taking down is huge, so the little street was blocked. One of the workers held up his hand, indicating it would be one minute. It was less! So polite, so professional. It's done. By the time I'm finishing this review, they've finished. The remaining tree trunk and limb are gone. Shoot! I missed it.

We appreciated the way he "educated" us on what was going on with the trees health. We now know what to expect over the next few years. Mature trees of this size require expert knowledge, and their very hardworking crew handled them beautifully. Not only did they shape the trees perfectly, but their cleanup was truly immaculate. They didn't leave a single branch or scrap of debris behind--they left our yard looking even cleaner than when they arrived. We recommend them to anyone needing expert tree care.

The only thing left to do is grind the stump. Also, it may not be noticed by others, but I appreciate that Brady had his guys the proper safety gear! I contacted AJ Tree Service and had them come out for a bid. When he showed up, I could tell that tree service was his forte, not some side gig along with mowing lawns. The crew came out and immediately got to work. They were done in a little over an hour and our oak tree looks very happy. Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service.
