We came in for an oil change and said if they had time to checks the brakes, we'd appreciate it since we'd been told last fall we'd need to replace the rear pads soon and were feeling it. Not only did they make time check the brakes, but they were able to get us in right away to get the pads replaced (which we knew we definitely were in need of) that day! I was able to sit in the waiting area on (fast) free Wifi and get so much work done. We were so grateful that we didn't have to take off work during the week to get it done.
