This person does not answer the phone. Costco has told us that he will reach out to us. We are still waiting on 2/20. Now Costco said they will reimburse us up to 200 if we get our own installer. This has been the biggest hassle. We are going to return the dishwasher and go to Lowes, which is what we should have done in the first place.
