I only started going to Browning's Honey this year, as my spouse was always the one to make the trip to get her raw unprocessed honey. We bought a house this year, and as she is the one that "knows houses and what they need" - I got nominated as the person who gets the honey. It's a little north of Idaho Falls, and they have bees, and they harvest and process their honey. They also have tons of honey based items, which I never get, but it seems really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and informative. I love their variety of products and they have the best creamed style honey I've ever tasted. The chokecherry honey was delicious as well and they even offer you free samples before purchasing. Another huge plus is the price! They have the amazing prices on local pure honey and even better prices if you bring in your own container. The gift shop was super charming cute and it had easy access parking as well. Want some great quality honey? This is your source in the Idaho Falls area. It's only a short drive North of Idaho Falls and Google got me there just fine. I was helped by the clerk to select the exact honey I wanted which was non processed raw honey. I like thick, unfiltered, non heated honey. Their honey is truly local. They have bulk containers and a lot of flavored honey as well. Although I didn't try it, they carry a honey butter that a fellow patron claimed it was amazing. Stopped in this adorable gift shop at Browning's while visiting family in Eastern Idaho. Wonderful different types of honey, honey soaps, balms etc. The shop keeper was very knowledgeable and told us all about how their bees were busy in our state (CA) for winter, pollinating, until they return to their home in Idaho.
