Had a really terrible experience with these people.Spent over $200 a month seemingly for…read morenothing.Getting them to answer the phone or forward mail, the basics, cost lots of extra money.I wanted out two years ago, was late giving notice and they made me stay aboard for a full additional year.This year I did give the advance notice that they wanted, to finally terminate.Now they are saying that they need a full year of notice (changing the rules in the middle of the game) and want me to pay for a SECOND year that I do not want and do not need.Don't get started with these folks, they will hit you with all kinds of extra charges for the basics and will not let you out from under the contract.No wonder they are struggling!!!!!

They have a salad bar but also have a woman that makes the daily salad in front of you. Tuesday are Taco salad and they are great. Fridays are buffalo chicken salad. Great as well. Salad and a Coke Zero = $7.49. Cant beat that for a great lunch in downtown Cleveland.

The building was erected in 1967 and hasn't been updated much on the inside since. The $120 million in exterior updates made the building nicer to look at and bomb resistant too! There is a nice park with a playground outside. It also has a daycare for those who need it. The food in the cafeteria is sub-par, so I usually dine on the better options nearby. There is a post office inside and many other useful services.

Also, I did not appreciate the creepy building security guards putting their hands on me from behind while I was waiting in line to go thru the metal detectors to enter the building.
