When I went to pick my girl up her hair wasn't even close to what she wanted, it was medium to dark brow NOT blond. The owner ARELIS is never there, and she drops everything to the employees, it has been almost a month and still no response. I keep calling and their excuse is that they need to wait for the owner's answer. So I now want my money back because it was a service NOT done correctly and I not even aske for the money back all I wanted was for them to do what we went there for and give the color she wanted. If her hair is damage is ok, they don't have to take that decision for us, so since they didn't do anything NOW, I DO WANT MY MONEY BACK.
