We were so looking forward to our move. First move in 47 years for my hubby and a big move for me as I will still commute to Toronto for work. All guys were awesome. Whether they were not as fast as my moms guys when she moved .. they were still respectful and nice. BUT ..... the owner Alan was upset and tired and miserable. He moved my mom in May.. now me in nov. and probably my mom again... early next year to move her to me. I pay cash .. as that's what they want .. then tell you they cut you they cut you a deal paying cash... like ok ???!!!! But yet, they don't carry cash to give change. But more than anything when my mom asked to give me a break as she will give him more business now that she would be moving to me. He didn't care. He could of given me $35 break as I would of got my $15 back as per my change. But didn't. He said "it is what it is" ... left my home. No goodbye nothing !!! that's ok. I appreciate that everything was done well. But how you finished up Mr Alan and walked out of my house. Not good business. Keep the $15 and we wish you well!!!! Half loaded the truck when they noticed the underside of our dining room table was dirty and had an old mouse dropping from before our house was fumigated and we explained that it was fumigated and had the Receipt to show that the house was properly taken care of. They refused to move anymore and took what they had loaded already off the truck leaving us stranded in an already tight deadline to move. I think they didn't want to tackle the heavier items they haven't gotten too yet. This left us trying to find another mover or truck already late in the day, I would recommend this company to anyone unless you were moving from one impeccably clean new house to another because if you live in an older home that may have had mice problems they won't touch it.

They moved all my stuff around and I couldn't really see much but it looked okay at first. I just went back to get winter items out, and saw what they did. They flipped a bunch of my bins UPSIDE DOWN!! They broke so many items!! All my wood furniture is scratched because they jammed stuff in between items, and there was extra room when they where done!! Im furious!! Who stacks bins upside down?? And is so careless with other peoples belongings!? They also asked for cash which was super sketchy and not discussed beforehand and I paid $300 for this bullshit. I had to meet Al at the bank to give him his money because be didn't say anything when we talked previously. Gary, your containers need ventilation, I ran into the same problem with my containers. I ended up…read moreusing rigid styrofoam from Home Depot, the 4x8 sheets that have foil on one side and a plastic film on the other. I cut them a bit longer than the width of the container and pushed them foil side up to the ceiling in a curve down at the sides so that any water would drain off to the sides. Last year we found a severe amount of condensation in the containers that we rented from Storage On site . Because of this , black mould had grown and ruined approximately 30% off our product and over 100,000$ of loss goods. Gary so gracioulsy offered us 3000$ for the damage ( so generous ) Since we have moved our product out we have found we needed to throw out more goods and now Gary Bochna is not paying the $3000 owed or has shown any remorse for the loss. Today we don't care about the $3000 because he really owes over$ 100,000 and we have decided to take him to court. Either way we would just like to tell you that this place is not worthy of your business and the owner lacks any character or integrity and should be shut down.

It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure.
