We were concerned about the fees but by the end of the experience, it was all so worth it! Ashley Tara Rogers was our agent there. They charge full commission and don't do anything special to earn that value. Their services are nice but otherwise the houses sell themselves and the agents aren't very helpful with providing their knowledge with what to expect when you sell. This Faris team is a total scam . They often list a home and put on the sign coming soon .Then the day it is put on the open Market my agent called and was told the house was sold . We had a firm offer with no conditions at all and closing when ever the vendor wanted our agent found out that this so called professional team are crooks and they do this ALL the time we were told .We also found out the house sold for almost 100K less then what we had on a offer for the vendor . How crocked is that . This is pretty bad stuff . I have spoken to a couple of other agents here in Orillia and apparently they do this all the time to the vendors they take advantage when they know they can. What the scam is they sell to one of their contractor buddy's who in tern fix the house and re sell and who do you think gets the listing again yes you guessed it The Crooks at Faris Team what a joke you guys are there . I cant understand how you sleep at night taking advantage of Home sellers like this and to top it all off they even pay you to screw them . I will be calling RECO to find out how many times these clowns have done this to others . How fair is that to the Vendor who by the way pay the commission to the listing agent .
