She told me she would contact me in a day or two, but instead she decided to break the confidentiality agreement that I was supposed to be protected under and contacted the other parties attorney and disclosed my name and intentions for taking the case to court because of signatures being forged, signed off by the other attorney (she admitted that she knew of him in the initial consultation, but I didn't know she was going to overlook the law protecting the lawyer/client confidentiality agreement in the process). It's definitely connecting dots between attorneys and the county clerks who are swindling so many people. Be careful with the attorney you are dealing with giving your information to.

Please take my warning and beware that Jacobsen may act professional & caring while you're alive and paying him to create documents for you, but from what our family has experienced, he and his staff will become completely Uncontactable, unavailable/inactive and/or completely missing in action once the beneficiaries left behind are expect him to do the work you paid him to do on your behalf after you're dead!
