Dear Hilda Pietri, Attorney at Law and Tammy Elliot, Paralegal Professional, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding legal representation and support you provided during my recent modification of child support hearing. Your empathy, attention to detail, and ownership of my case were truly above reproach, and I am grateful for the hard work and dedication you both demonstrated throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed with the level of empathy you showed towards my situation. You took the time to listen to my concerns and understand the unique challenges I was facing, which helped me feel confident that I was in good hands. Your compassionate approach was truly appreciated and helped me feel supported during an extremely difficult time concerning the welfare of my daughters. In addition, Hilda, you attended our initial consultation well prepared, laptop and notepad in hand, also having familiarized yourself with materials that were part of my family court record prior arrival eliminating the need for me really shape the situation--not lost on me I assure you. You were already ahead. Your attention to detail was also remarkable. You left no stone unturned in your initial and subsequent guidance to me in preparation for the hearing. Your thoroughness in case law helped to ensure that all the important details of my case were properly considered. Your ability to present the facts to the judge in a clear and compelling way was impressive and ultimately led to a successful outcome. You ensured that my interests were being well represented. I cannot express how grateful I am for your "over the moon" efforts on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone seeking legal representation. Thank you again. I am going through a very complicated and difficult divorce and Jeffrey and Kristen have been very responsive, diligent and helpful with my case. During our first court appearance I could tell that Jeffrey was the sharpest Attourney in the room and he thoroughly covered everything that we discussed, that was the moment when I realized I pick the right team to represent me. read more

Not only is a consultation $350-400 and doesn't go toward cost of service, they will sell you and make it seem like they will work for you, but upon paying the almost $8,000 retainer nothing gets done. Lilly Wilson is negligent, doesn't seem to know what she's doing and will ignore phone calls and messages for 3-4 weeks before deciding to respond. And even then she will leave snarky voicemails like you have the nerve to bother het when she's working for you. Unreal. I have reported her to the bar association along with the "drawn up charges" she claimed she was working on. I heard bad things about this law firm but sadly had to learn the hard way.. do not trust your hard earned money here.. read more

I found this law firm very professional and dependable throughout my long divorce. I had a very overpowering ex, and felt very voiceless until I chose Rob Hill to represent me. He stood up for me and put my anxiety at ease. Rob was quick to respond to emails/phone calls and was very easy to communicate with. His assistant Tammy, was equally great! She was kind, supportive, organized and was very patient when my emotions would get the best of me. Divorce is so hard and it really helped having these two on my side. All in all, this a great law firm and I definitely recommend it! read more

Terrible communications. Ms Wilson attorney doesn't fight for anything you want. Spineless. Doesn't explain any processes and makes decisions not in your best interest. U would use their services for anything. read more

Left a couple of messages regarding the need for legal services including talking with the receptionist. Never heard anything back. Update: got a very nice response explaining and apologizing for the lack of response. I think that response showed good character and concern. I would contact him again in the future if I needed legal assistance. read more

I really really wanted to trust all the reviews and start working with this group. Unfortunately they let greed get the better part of them. These people aren't lawyers, they're business suits finding every opportunity to swoop up quick cash. read more

We paid this law firm to hurt our reputation, we were not professionally represented and we have contacted the Bar Association to file a complaint. We hired this law firm Clint Morgan - Morgan Hill Law in Feb. 2023. On April 25th, 2023 our hearing was again continued by Morgan Hill to 5-24-2023. That gave Hilda Pietri months to prepare for our hearing. As I heard nothing from Hilda, on 5-4-2023 I emailed their paralegal Tammy Elliott asking if we should provide Declarations. Tammy responded and said Hilda will instruct you, but start doing your own Declarations. I did and on 5-9-2023 I provided Tammy with our own Declarations to file. On 5-18-2023 Hilda, 6 days before the hearing, frantically started working on our case and reached out to me for the Declarations not knowing Tammy had them and Tammy didn't give them to her per Hilda. Hilda realized she didn't have the Declarations, she'd never requested them from us, and she asked me to send them to her again in which I did. At the hearing on 5-24-2023 nothing was filed on our behalf by this Law Firm. Hilda was not prepared for the hearing and knew nothing about our case, not even our names. On 5-24-2023 we were advised by Hilda our hearing would be continued again and we were told not to appear. That same day, 10 minutes before the hearing we were called and told to HURRY and login to Zoom and appear, the hearing is going to be held. We rushed to login to Zoom. Hilda was not prepared, she knew nothing about our case, not even our names. As opposing counsel was prepared and had filed all their Declarations, they destroyed us and Hilda "giggled" unprofessionally throughout the entire hearing. It was traumatizing and horrible. The judge chastised Hilda Pietri and told her she'd had time to prepare and the Judge said this was common for this Law Firm and then dismissed the case we had filed after the Judge had nothing to view on our behalf and the other party's counsel called us "Hypocrites and Stage Actors". Hilda Pietri was dumb founded and began crying and then walked out and quit her job with Morgan Hill Law Firm that day. We came into Clint Morgan's office and met with him the next day 5-25-2023 and he specifically said, and I quote, "Hilda quit, this is horrible you guys, I apologize, don't worry I got this, I'll take care of you, moving forward there won't be any costs for this case." Clint said, "We'll fix this you guys." He said moving forward to deal directly with him and they would "Refile". Due to Hilda Pietri not being prepared, the opposing party turned around and filed a Petition against us being empowered by our attorney's lack of representation. After we provided all requested documentation to Clint Morgan and Hilda Pietri, within 2 weeks Clint Morgan went back on his Word and began charging us for this same case. Throughout this entire case, which was just a Protection Order, we were not only stressed about the case, but we were more stressed as we had no professional legal representation. Hilda Pietri struggled to communicate with the Judge, with us, and with their attorney. We were humiliated. read more

When we first opened the door, I saw a small but cozy waiting room with chocolates and coffee awaiting, and immediately felt as if they cared enough to make us feel welcomed. We were greeted with a smile and escorted into a conference room where we were entertained with famous gangster-themed wall art! Clint Morgan arrived shortly. We got to it and completed our wills in short order, with questions answered, and signatures done! We will return if we have other legal issues to deal with. read more

I needed to talk to an attorney concerning a separation/divorce and found Morgan Hill through this site. Clint Morgan was very pleasant to work with being straight forward and addressing everything. He is honest, friendly and down to earth to not seem like a lawyer quite honestly, aside from his excellent professional advice. I had my free consultation and then his wonderful paralegal handled our separation paperwork with Clint sitting in on the proceedings suggesting what needed to be included. I am very glad I found Morgan Hill Attorneys at Law. read more

Stay away from this firm! I hired an attorney Lorenzo from there to represent me and he totally botched my case. Took two attorneys to fix his incompetence. Total waste of money and time! read more

STAY AWAY! Highly unethical law firm. All they care about is driving up your costs to make money. And they will violate your attorney/client privilege. I retained Megan Rue and she disclosed information about my case to her colleague Tye Menser who then shared with his client. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! read more

I have used Morgan Hill Attorneys a couple of times for some legal matters. Clint was the attorney I did business with and couldn't have been happier. He was very professional, asked a lot of questions and listens very closely. He spends a lot of time with you and goes over a lot of material with you. When you leave there you know your in good hands. The outcome of my dealings were very positive when we left the court. I highly recommend these Attorneys and the job they will do for you. read more
