June Weppler is an AMAZING attorney…read more My mother was no longer able to care for my bedridden father at home. We needed Medicaid to get him into a nursing home. June was so efficient, knowledgable and no-nonsense about the whole process. She knew the case workers. She knew how to get things done. She got it done. She was responsive to calls and emails at every turn. She was also so very compassionate and kind to both my parents. She handled issues at the hospital and even had great advice and help to give outside of the legal situation. Needless to say, for the retainer given to win Medicaid, not only were we approved, but we have strong wills and POA documents for the family (your situation may vary, but I can assure you June is ethical in her billing!). June will take fabulous care of you. When the dust settles and our transition with my parents is complete, my husband and I will be entrusting her with our estate planning as well.

She told me she would contact me in a day or two, but instead she decided to break the confidentiality agreement that I was supposed to be protected under and contacted the other parties attorney and disclosed my name and intentions for taking the case to court because of signatures being forged, signed off by the other attorney (she admitted that she knew of him in the initial consultation, but I didn't know she was going to overlook the law protecting the lawyer/client confidentiality agreement in the process). It's definitely connecting dots between attorneys and the county clerks who are swindling so many people. Be careful with the attorney you are dealing with giving your information to.

My first gut instinct was when they asked for paperwork from me that they already had from day one, they were slow to get information on anything and even when the other party lied to them and they knew it, nothing was done. Attorney Austin Theis and Paralegal Chelsea Hammer of Gravis LLP are great! !!…read moreWith her the quality of honesty and trustworthiness ,high IQ, profound knowledge, rigorous logic, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding eloquence, quick thinking, and quick response, Attorney Austin Theis won me a victory in an extremely complicated divorce case!! Highly recommend Austin Theis attorneys to anyone who needs help with a complex divorce proceeding!!! I was the defendant in the divorce case, which was an extremely complicated case, so that , highly recommended by another distinguished attorney,I got in touch with Austin Theis at Gravis Law Offices on the recommendation of a paid attorney who was willing to consult with me one-on-one. Before the meeting, I checked the information of lawyer Austin Theis on the google , and learned that she is a doctor of law and has always achieved excellent results in major debate competitions. During the first meeting and consultation, attorney Austin Theis asked me many key points and details, and recorded them one by one before checking with me. In the follow-up cooperation, attorney Austin Theis and her assistant Chelsea Hammer always responded to emails quickly, answered calls in a timely manner, and actively checked the details with me. When I contact Austin's lawyer on weekends, she will also reply to the email ; sometimes I don't reply in time, and she will take the initiative to ask, with a gentle and caring attitude. I have a very hard case which was too complicated and all sides were against me. So after attorney Austin Thesi took my case, I just thought it was better to have a lawyer than no lawyer. But at the hearing, attorney Austin Theis won a comprehensive victory for me! And it won two victories! (Because the plaintiff initiated a new round of request to the court), so Attorney Austin Theis won again! ! ! I found that she knew every detail of my case. She told the judge in a confident, gentle, rational and calm manner. She was logical and well-founded. She is logical, calm, composed, and argumentative, quick-witted in court, aggressive yet restrained and compassionate. I found out she wasn't reading the notes when she was debating, but all the details were in her head，it can be seen how familiar she is with my case and details. Great Austin Theis! Thank you for choosing to help me when everyone else gave me up! !! I am deeply grateful to you! You make me believe that the law is fair and just!

I contacted Henderson Law Group because I am seeking to find *local* legal help for assistance with closing a family member's estate and creating a will for myself. Lori Zander returned my call promptly, but was rude and belittling when it turned out I was confused whether or not the estate had gone to probate, seemed to find it suspicious that I was seeking a new law firm in Olympia rather than continuing to work with a high-priced attorney in Seattle even after I explained I had relocated to Thurston County, and in general spoke to me with a tone of superiority and disdain. Apologies that I am not as fluent in the law and legal terms as you, Lori, but that's why I'm seeking assistance! I thanked Lori for all of her "help" and was relieved that she seemed to forget that I was also seeking to create a will. No need to discuss any other legal needs with Henderson Law Group after this unpleasant experience! I'll continue seeking local lawyers who don't treat their potential clients with plain condescension. Two stars only because the receptionist I spoke with was friendly and professional, and Lori Zander did return my call promptly.

This was an incredibly trying time and when we first went to court for guardianship the judge was getting ready to dismiss it when Virginia stepped in and the judge granted an extension with a court ordered medical evaluation. By the time we went back to court with all the evidence we were going to need, the judge again was trying to push for a power of attorney instead of guardianship/conservatorship. Virginia again stepped up and reminded the judge of the urgency of this case and the judge finally awarded the guardianship. I cannot say how nice it has been to not be as concerned knowing my father-in-law is being looked after and cared for due to Virginia's hard work, dedication, and compassion. The tears I cried after the court case were such a relief. Thank you Virginia for your dedication and hard work in helping us help him.
