When i saw the price I started to laugh...it was almost $2000 more than the exact one I saw in NY. I thought maybe it was a different marble or maybe it was different in some way. The photos I had on my phone showed the same name and style number with the price. I asked the salesman, why this outlet version was more expensive than the brand new one. That was when his personality came through and he told me I was wrong. I showed him the photos with the price and he got a little snippy. Not wanting to engage, I left, thinking to myself, OMG...it's just a table. Retail 101...A used piece in a pop up outlet should be less than an original that would be made to order and shipped from the factory.

He put an extra large "plug" in to the crushed leg which made that leg same length as the others and compensated for the rocking motion. Still not perfect after major $ spent on the chairs. The chair remains yellowish and faded, but Its OK we can live with it. They finally did the right thing. Question is why did it take so long and why did we have to constantly complain until they responded.

The salesman admittedly knew little about this particular product line. I asked to see upholstery swatches for cushions and he showed me swatches for rope (he didn't know the difference). He was not interested in helping me and when he stated he had to take a personal call it was over! I told my contractor, "I am not going there again!" What a waste of my time. I went to the product line's flagship store instead and dealt with knowledgeable and experienced salespeople and designers. I do not recommend Clima.

The manufacturer in Italy did not approve the warranty claim even though Calagaris customer service management agreed it was a defective product. Customer service went out of there way to remedy the situation and replaced the product at a cost to them after 9 months of constant communication. Received the replacement, but after 5 weeks the materials began to degrade and come apart again. I have purchased high end furniture in the past however I have not had this type of experience with Italian furniture. I hope in the future Calagaris utilizes manufactures who use better materials and stand behind their products.

Yes, parking might be difficult, and yes, the area isn't exactly "walkable" but once you arrive you're transported to a beautiful little rainforest with pots, plants, blooms, succulents, and even smoothies to satisfy your cravings on a hot and sunny day.
