I was so impressed that I moved all my business insurance needs to them. The following year I had them quote on our personal property insurance (home, content and auto) and moved all three to their agency. In 2023 I moved our HOA insurance policy to the Bill Yon Agency. Over the past two years, he has become entirely unresponsive, dropped the ball more than once on renewals and payment setups, causing me to lose coverage and having to find my own. I ended up having to file a homeowners claim and reached out to him for support - after more than 10 attempts to reach him with questions via email with ZERO reply, I gave up on his services entirely.
