I now have a lower monthly rate, with the same coverage that I had before. That means I have more money to spend at Mas Tacos, and that makes me happy. They even have a computer to use, if you want to log in. A service member can even help you with that, especially if not so computer savvy! I was greeted upon entering and directed to where I needed to go. I proceeded to the teller line to get a new debit card. No line, so I walked right up to the teller who was waiting with a smile and greeting of the day. So nice! They have a coffee/tea machine, so I missed getting myself a cup since there was no wait. Some days, especially when it's cold outside, I don't mind waiting in line a few minutes just so I can get a cup. Ha. After resetting my PIN, I was asked to wait in the lobby - waiting area while my card was personalized. And, they would bring it out to me. There is a TV on the wall, magazines, and phone charging station in their waiting area. Nice! Charging stations need to become the new standard in a waiting room. My card was ready before I could finish snapping a picture or even plugging in my phone. Not complaining. The best time to go and avoid long waits are mid weekdays before lunch and not a payday! The customer service here was great today! I just live closer to a different branch. I like this one is next to Publix though. Knock out two errands and drive to one place.

I had an all around bad experience with Augustine. starting out with the business hours being wrong. I had an appointment to go to and based the time off this appointment off the business hours I got off of google AND bing (I checked both to be sure). proceeded to get there at 8 to find out they don't open until 9. when I went in, I told the lady at the front desk their office hours were wrong online and its about to make me late. She then proceeded to make a face and tell me that's incorrect as she googled and binged it. when she realized I was right her attitude changed. these guys will help you find insurance, but they don't tell you the insurance they get you is the literal bottom and f the barrel. I hit a deer and my car was considered a total loss and the insurance company they preferred me to used AI to get an estimate on my car, and then told me THEY DON'T EVEN GO OVER THE ESTIMATE. resulting in a severe lowball estimate. Told Augustine they paired me with a horrible insurance and I will be switching insurances and no longer using their services. At which then an employee emailed me telling me reading back my estimate to me like I was too stupid to understand what was on there. this company takes advantage of people needing insurance, picks the worst possible insurance providers available and sticks you with them so they can make the most money for themselves, then proceeds to tell you "they have a good customer satisfaction rating!" and you do independent research and the company they gave you has a 1.4 rating for not paying out claims. Will never get my business again. DO NOT GET TREXIS OR AUGUSTINE INSURANCE. Update. Trexis is actively comparing my car to cars with previous losses as comparable cars. One of them even has 2 counts of severe structural damages on the report. They did not disclose any information about the vehicles being in previous crashes and did not adjust the evaluation to reflect so. Comparing a severely damaged car and saying it is worth 9 grand severely impacted the average sum of my estimate. Brought it to the representative and they keep getting comparisons with crashed vehicles. Augustine pairs you with the literal worst insurance possible that actively try to scam you. read more

I was able to talk personally to David at the beginning then he stopped answering. We always thought we had great insurance, huge blind spot for us and lesson learned.
