The staff was very nice and again, very quick, but the trim at the end was basically just for show and none of the baby hairs above my eyebrows or in between the brows were covered. I didn't notice some of the missing pieces until I got home and it was pointed out to me, but for the money, I wasn't as thrilled as I have been at other places. I would also love if they had some sort of rewards program because that would definitely incentivize me to go back, but for now, I'll stick with my usual! I do wish them luck and understand that every thread is different. Unfortunately my first one just wasn't my favorite!

Before I went to Behnaz I was getting my eyebrows waxed, but I am so thankful I switched to threading. She is great at what she does, she is very kind, and the best in town by far. Whenever I leave after getting my eyebrows done they are symmetrical and very neat and look amazing. They keep their shape and look great for the weeks following until I have to get them done again. The pain is slight, but I prefer threading over waxing because it is gentler for me and due to the fact that I have sensitive skin. If you're looking for a reliable person and want to get into threading, I would definitely recommend Behnaz. As a heads up- her business is located inside Mirror Images Salon!

With this being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I was worried about the pain, the width of my eyebrows, and how it would look. But after it was done, I was extremely satisfied with how everything turned out! The slight pain was definitely worth it! Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here. Behnaz is an amazing eyebrow threader and wholesome person altogether. If you're in the area and you're looking to get your eyebrows done, I would definitely come to this establishment! I will be returning here to get my eyebrows done in a couple of months!

The space is very modern and clean. It is thoughtful that they always offer a beverage. They are also very prompt. I have never had to wait past my appointment time which I really appreciate. I also like that they offer blankets because anyone can get cold just laying there. Good mix of music as well. Pricing seems a little high to upgrade to volume but to me it is worth it. They also gave me a couple coupons so it will be a while before I have to pay for the upgrade.

Instead of…read morehelping me find a new time, they charged a cancellation fee to the debit card they had saved on file. I asked where that fee was in any agreement I'd signed. They couldn't show me anything, only a text message they had sent. I checked their website and Terms & Conditions afterward and couldn't find a cancellation fee mentioned anywhere. I told the manager I was objecting on principle. She told me I "can't afford it," said I'm not allowed back in the salon, and said that because I had pushed back she wouldn't refund the fee. The manager said I was lucky they only charged me 50% and if I wanted they could charge me 100%. When I asked to speak with the owner, staff refused to give me their contact information. Asking to reschedule shouldn't get you an insult and a ban. Before you book here and leave your card on file, be aware of how they treat customers whose plans change. I'll update this review if the owner makes it right.

I'd been getting my brows threaded for…read moreawhile, but my favorite threading place closed- tragic, I know! ;) We popped into this Ulta on a whim and when I saw that they had the Benefit Brow Bar I crossed my fingers that they could get me in. They schedule appointments 40 minutes apart throughout the day, so it's best to call, but I was really lucky that they got me in for a 5:20 appointment - it was 5:13 at the time! Maggie is the licensed Esthetician who did my brows, and she was really good- she told me how she envisioned them looking and then 'mapped' it on my face to show me where she'd wax to create the brows. It was fun, fast, and not too painful- although I have sensitive, very pale skin so my skin was red for awhile and even several hours later, my face cleanser irritated the waxed skin- but no biggie. It's worth it to have beautiful brows. I just feel like good brows frame the face. With brows done & lipstick on, I just automatically feel more put-together. The price is $21 plus tip- pricier than threading but waxing usually lasts longer, about 6 weeks. I'll definitely be back here and recommend it highly. It's inside the Ulta at Ward Parkway- there's a parking lot right in front.
