I've been getting my brows threaded for about seven years now and I've gone to plenty brow studio locations. One day Srijana at the Maplewood location did my brows like no one else has before. I tell the people who thread my brows the exact same thing. "I don't have a lot of brow so keep as much as you can. I like my brows long but not wide." She always gets it right. I've love her work and refuse to let anyone else do my brows. She's efficient and I strongly recommend seeing her at Maplewood Mall. The facility is clean, calm, and well kept. read more

I'm so happy I found BROW STUDIO 7 in Maplewood Mall ! I recently started using Retin-A on my face, and I can no longer have my brows waxed, so I had to find an alternative, and threading is a safe option if you use Retin-A because it doesn't effect the gentle skin. Brow Studio 7 doesn't do a very good job of getting their name out there, their website doesn't list them on it's locations. They take customers on a walk-in basis, and a brow shaping is only $10. They do all areas of the face for different prices. They are located on the upper level of Maplewood Mall near Kohl's and the food court. I was really impressed with the way my brows turned out, just as good as an experienced waxer. I think the uncomfortable sensation was little more prolonged than waxing, but it really didn't hurt, it was just a little awkward. read more

There was this one girl who use to work here, she was one of the younger ladies and I only trusted her with my eyebrows !! She was always fast but gentle and got my brows the way they should look! I never had to tell her what I wanted, she was just that good. Anyway, found out she had quit a couple months back. So now I only trust again, another younger lady. She's been there awhile too. The oldest lady and one of the newer staff just aren't for me!! The oldest lady would always make one brow thinner than the other, she's rough and would always make me bleed (I've gone to her twice). The newer lady just couldn't thread my eyebrows right... still ended up thick and bushy. I hope the lady I prefer now doesn't end up quitting either! read more

I've been driving all the way to MOA every couple of weeks to get my brows threaded. Apparently, my regular lady has been replaced by someone who now takes 40 mins or more per person. I stopped in last weekend and found ladies stacked up, 6 deep and the last had been waiting for 20 mins. No. Go. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised when I found this shop. They took me just before closing and *gasp* the technician actually listened when I told her what I wanted. I WALKED OUT WITH TWIN BROWS THAT MATCHED WHAT I AKSED FOR!! I've been to this location a couple of times and have always been satisfied with the outcome. That's why I decided to come here again after letting my eyebrows grow out for a bit (the last person messed them up!). There was no one else when I walked in and the lady that attended me (same one from previous times) took about the same time as before. When I looked at my eyebrows I was PISSED!!! She gave me two DIFFERENT shapes!! One is clearly more arched and skinnier than the other one. I'M NOT COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! If you want overpriced (was willing to pay bc they hadn't messed them up before) and messed up eyebrows, then feel free to come here. I will NOT be returning. read more

I used to love going to this place. And the price used to be at a lower price, over the course of the years the prices have gone up and my eyebrows are worse! My eyebrows are now two different shapes, uneven and have some bald spots in them! The lady who does my eyebrows is super nice but is always in a rush, plus you are always expected to give a tip. I don't not want to give a tip with these eyebrows! My self esteem has lowered because of them, and now I must grow them out to start all over. I will not be coming back here, paying 15$ plus tips is not worth it to look like a clown. read more

I was at Maplewood Mall Brow studio 7 on a Tuesday evening. I don't remember the name of the person who did my full face threading. She is from Nepal. She was wonderful and did an excellent job. I will be there every month for full face threading. Highly recommended. read more

Love this place and the wonderful lady who does them! Me and my mom come here once a month and love the quick easy service. We use to go to aveda and spent 30$ each (gasp. ) this place is much more convenient and equal results! I also love the card you get stamped for a free one after 6? Times. Love ! Threading is much more painful to me but this place makes it worth it, i will never wax again! read more

Two stars. There's one lady that works here that does a fantastic job, but I no longer see her there anymore...all the other lady's are in a rush and I feel as if all they want is your tip rather than having their customers feel satisfied. I've been here multiple times and they are always changing their prices. It started at $10 and now (2018) they are charging $16 freaking for just eyebrows! Mind you that would be 16 plus a tip...I'd rather pay $8 to wax them, at least my eyebrows will look decent. read more

After reading good reviews i thought i would give this place a try. the lady never told be her name but i asked her NOT TO MAKE THEM TO THIN and just to clean them up. She made them extremely thin and took a good amount off the insides. I would not recommend brow studio 7 thanks to them my eyebrows now look like a middle school girl. read more

AMAZING!!!! If I could give them more stars I would! This is my first time going to get my eyebrows shaped and it was quick and easy! My skin is a little sensitive so my eyebrows were a bit red and puffy and i got a little teary-eyed, but it's okay! My eyebrows look good! The lady I was with was very attentive. It's only $12 to get your eyebrows shaped. I very much recommend this place. Just make sure you know what you want or have an idea of what you want before going in. read more
