She highly recommended I do a skin test prior to my henna eyebrows treatment when I visited her (last May) and it made me realize she didn't just want to get my business but also made sure I wouldn't have any allergic reactions. I am so glad I used The Brow Pro for my microblading experience. After doing lots of research on the many options available for microblading, I decided to contact Sarah with The Brow Pro. I really liked the before and after photos on the website, the appointment scheduling option on the site and of course the fact that she is an experienced, certified microblading specialist. I scheduled a consultation to get an idea of what to expect from the whole procedure and Sarah was so patient and detailed in describing exactly what would happen before, during and after the process. We went over paperwork that went into specifics about what microblading is and how to prepare myself for having my brows done. She then took her time in doing an outline of my brows, measuring precisely and framing the brows to my face shape. I was so excited after the consultation, I couldn't wait for the actual procedure. I love the fact that I had the option to either have the procedure done at her location or in the comfort of my own home (I opted for home). During the procedure she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, constantly asking if I was ok or wanted to take a break. At the end of it all they came out PERFECT. Sarah was so great with communicating with me afterward, before my follow up appointment, sending me after care reminders and answering any questions I had right away.
