Ive done European wax before and they rush you in and out as fast as possible so I decided to give this place a shot! I was so impressed from the moment I walked in! I had my first ever facial! I was referred to come to René by a co-worker who was totally in love and now I understand why!! The studio is in a cute little building in down town right by my apartment which is an extra plus for convenience. I don't know much about skincare besides that I'm super sensitive and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk to me about what I'm using and what he thought was going to be best for my skin. I recently saw Jessica for a full set of lashes. I am an ex-lash junkie- I got my lashes done religiously for 2 years, every two weeks. I took them off about a year ago because my lash studio closed and I got lazy. I went to see Jessica at Brow Down because I see Ashley for facials and decided to try again with lashes. She is incredible! I asked for more natural lashes (I live in SF okayyyyy!) and she nailed it. The first full set took about 2 hours and I was going to put my headphones in and hopefully nap but I didn't have to put my headphones in, the studio is so relaxing and the entire team makes you feel so at home and the music is incredible. I decided to treat myself and get a facial as well in which, after examining my skin, Rene also suggested LED and UV therapy. My skin feels so polished, smooth and clear.
