Malinda is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is extremely professional and takes perfecting your brows seriously. She is highly skilled and is an absolute gem for our region. I do not wear makeup very often, but wanted to look "fresh" and have even brows without effort. Malinda achieved this for me. The entire process was explained thoroughly. TAKE HER SUGGESTIONS AND AFTERCARE SERIOUSLY. I healed amazingly with no issues and my touch up appointment went just as well. 10/10 recommend, 10/10 would go to see her again (not only for brows, she has so many other services), and 15/10 happy with my results.

The owner explained that it takes a couple appointments to get them completely the way they're supposed to look and that normally she would have me back in 6 weeks, but she was expecting a baby at that time. I asked her to let me know when she was back as I did not want to bother her right after giving birth. Time passed and eventually I reached out to her when I saw she was back at work. One time in December we made an appointments that I had to cancel one due to an oncologist appointment I. Madison. Although that's unfortunate on my end, she is aware that aside from cancer, I've dealt with two deaths in my family as well as heart failure and so many complications I can't even tell you. Conversation where she tells me she's done. She even says she knows my circumstances and too bad. I have lived through a hell most people will never know. My children's father, myself and my mother were all diagnosed with cancer within three months of each other and I watched both die horrible deaths, while I was too sick to do much. My whole life literally stopped. Fast forward to present. I am little by little trying to get back to some sort of normalcy. My brows are very patchy and light and I have to fill them because they're rough. I reached out to schedule and was told since I canceled twice she was done with me. So now I have to try and find someone to fix these?!? So I'm actually worse off than I started.

I used to go to European Wax Centers and loved them, but there is none around here. I came across Gaia Waxing and decided to give it a try since it was closer to my house and the best pricing around, and I'm so happy I gave it a try. Christina (the owner) is just amazing. She not only knows what she's doing but she has an awesome personality. She uses high quality products (great for all of us with sensitive skin) and also offers waxing packages which makes prices even better!! I highly recommend her for all of your waxing needs!

Second time went in to get them taken out and moved up, a few days later piece of my hair extensions was loose went back in she fixed it. Co-worker that gets extensions at another place then noticed a few days later that she could see a piece hanging, she looked at the extensions and said that it looks like a mess they were loose and not tight at all. I was not happy. Went into another salon to get another opinion, who specialized in hair extensions and she stated they were poorly done, loose not tight like they should be. This is something I didn't notice it's not noticeable to the eye unless you actually lift hair up and look at where the hand tied extensions were done. Do not recommend invest your money elsewhere.

I told Courtney during the consultation that I was not in any hurry; I wanted her to understand that I expected her to take great care of my hair and to TAKE HER TIME. I did everything that I could do to try to avoid any problems. She didn't listen. I arrived for my appointment on 8/12/22; the previous salon made part of my hair dark, too dark for me. Courtney bleached my whole head of hair; the top of my hair was already white. The problem was my hair was over processed; she knew this, she asked me if I would like for her to blow dry my hair. I said no; not realizing how crisp my hair was. When I was driving back home was when I touched my hair. I almost started to cry...WHY DIDN'T SHE TAKE HER TIME? She charged me over $150 to over process my hair. I contacted her at a later date; cancelling my next appointment due to her INABILITY to listen. I asked for at least half of my money returned, she has not nor have I heard from her. I cannot recommend her salon, I cannot recommend her ability to understand her client even after a consultation. She clearly was more money motivated than caring for my hair concerns. A good salon would want to resolve issues, she did not even try. Proceed with caution, she will take your money then shrug her shoulders if there's any problems. Not professional or ethical in my opinion. Maybe she could prove me wrong...I'm not holding my breath.

Actually, I went back because the price for the Botox I was quoted was much cheaper than another licensed practitioner in the tri-state area. My experience, once again, taught me the lesson that 'you get what you pay for'... Now, after having thrown away close to $700.00 on two separate procedures and noticing NO lasting results at ALL, I will definitely not be back.. So unless you enjoy throwing away money and receiving inaccurate information about cosmetic procedures, I would definitely not recommend Laser Skin Solutions.
