I paid for lashes. After getting home I notice the lashes were not uniform. Went back the next day and she was closed (April 24). Friday before cruise lashes are falling off. Beware. They use black glue meant for quickweaves on your lashes. I did not realize this until the end. The person that did my service (jiyanka bhatt) not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer before the service. Paid for an eyebrow wax and all she did was comb them and cut a little. This place is horrible. I went in for eyebrow threading and not once did she thread my eyebrows. Instead she used scissors to do my eyebrows. I thought she was using tweezers during the service but it wasn't until I watched her service someone else for eyebrows and saw she had the thread in her hand but was using the scissors. My eyebrows ended up being thinned and no arch at all after service was completed. When I went back to get her to fix it after inspecting my eyebrows in a more lit environment inside the ball she explained she didn't not see anything wrong. She also did not wash her hands or sanitize tools between services she provided. Do not go here! read more

Whoever was working on 9/11/2020 at or around 5PM is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come across at this mall. We waited patiently for 20-25 minutes for her to even address us which never happened even when we went to the back where we could hear her talking. Her customer had to speak for her to let us know that she was performing a service. Sad, all she has to do was just speak up & let us know how long it would be & we would have been fine. Called the phone to see is she would come out & she picked it up & hung up. Poor customer service like this will kill this business. read more

Been here a handful of times for eyebrows with no major issues. They are usually understaffed so you may have to wait 10-20 minutes. They are friendly and tend to work quickly when busy so I've learned to go are weird times like monday-wednesday mornings those are the best times. Overall they do a great job. They may undershape your eyebrows sometimes, let them know you'd like them shaped a bit more it'll only take them less than 5 minutes to fix. Great place love it read more

I walked into the shop and no one greeted me. I just walked in and sat for about 10 minutes until she was done threading. I was then greeted by another woman who was the one to do my eyebrows. I looked at her previous pictures her clients posted and her shaping skills were nice, which is why I chose this place. The woman was very nice and complimentary but my eyebrows were not at all shaped properly I have naturally thicker browse that have been shaped into an arch already. But this women had completely reshaped them, my arch is gone and she gave me a round shape! Who on this planet earth wants their browse shaped that way!? Smh also it was 11$ (the most I've ever spent to get my eyebrows done, but I was desperate & not from the area) I definitely won't be back. I decided to stop by on my way out of the mall due to the large "henna" display outside the shop. Upon walking in, I saw two woman and greeted them with a "hello". Both looked but one continued to thread and the other sat behind the counter. Ok weird- I thought but I continued to look at prices and was checking around for pictures. I asked one if she did the henna tattoos and she responded dryly "yes ma'am want one" I asked about the pricing and for photos--"I don't have any I freehand all my work" she said annoyed. -- I showed her a picture and she proceed to quote me a price and we started. (Although her attitude was nasty I wasn't there for a friend I just wanted the work) I wanted her to follow that concept and I specifically asked not for the "s" marks all over my fingers. She didn't really follow the concept and I have "S"s all up my fingers. Overall it was just "okay", personally I would not go back due to the unwelcoming vibe inside. Brow Art does awesome Henna Art BUT they aren't using real Henna. The Material they are using has a STRONG chemical. Usually Jagua requires after care and does not smell like chemicals. Real Henna smells like eucalyptus and once dry, it will peel and take a few hours to appear. My hand itches, hopefully the smell goes away and I don't have a reaction. read more

I avoided this location for a year because the last time the lady did not do my eyebrows correctly. I specifically said "do not shape them" and yet she shaped them! Then, did the exact same thing today. I like my eyebrow full and clean NOT arched but for some reason she does what she thinks looks nice NOT what the customer requested. She didn't make me pay but my eyebrows aren't fixable so I have to wait months for them to grow back out. I don't know why I came back to the Stonecrest location. I have no intentions of going back. This first time there were two ladies working. The one who did my brows that day did a great job. I forgot to ask her name. The second time there was just one person working. I don't know if she's the person I went to the first time I just was going there because it was convenient since I was already in the mail. One brow was shorter than the other & the shape wasn't the same so for that second visit so I would give it one star on that day. The first visit was worth a three. They were otherwise polite. The wait wasn't long or none at all. I guess just pay attention & watch as they go. I'm still working to correct the second visit mishap. read more

Awful experience! The lady who was threading my brows asked if I was a smoker. I said no, she seemed overly shocked and responded, nooooooo!!?! You look like a smoker. I felt that was inappropriate. As i was paying for my services both workers watched closely as I was signing the credit card receipt and before I get to the tip line, one of the workers shouted, "No Tip?" This mad me feel like leaving no tip but that's not like me, I made sure I left one. I will never return to this business. Very unfortunate for this to have happened. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My eyebrows look so bad I could fight that lady. I've been growing them forever and she butchered them. Something told me not to go in here. The employees weren't even washing their hands after they did peoples eyebrows. There was an employee arguing with the manager extremely loud right in front of everybody. It will take me monthes to get my eyebrows back after this trashy place took them all off. If you love your eyebrows and your face, do not step foot in this dump. read more

Upon my arrival to Brow Art 23 I was very excited to finally get my brows threaded! I'm no newbie at threading ... I usually go to Eye Too in East Atlanta and they always do a very good and the customer service is nice as well. My regular wasn't there so I decided to give another place a shot given it's Saturday. As I walked in the place was empty I thought, only to see the owner in the corner on the phone. Not only did the owner not greet me she continued her phone conversation as if I hadn't entered her store. I tried to explain to her that I wanted my brows simply cleaned up and not arched.. only to be silenced and yelled at in another language as if I was keeping her from her conversation. Finally after yelling and hanging up the phone she tells me that I don't have a good face and to go back where I came from! Astonished and angry I left the store... I came in with a friend who asked for Sonya due to the review she had. My friend did not like her eyebrows but Sonya was also very rude and Unpleasant. My friend was trying to explain to her and make sure she understood exactly how she wanted her eyebrows done as she was growing out for sometime, and she basically told her to be quiet she knows what's she's doing. She was in the middle of threading my friends brow when she stopped to answer the phone, so once she got off the phone I asked her about the henna discount displayed outside and she rudely said "maim, wait till I'm done with her brows, in which she never brought it up and went to the next customer.
