She spent a lot do time explaining the process and showing me how my brows would look. I went back last week for the procedure and am thrilled with the results! My brows look fantastic!! The procedure was just a little uncomfortable, but totally worth the result. If you're considering micro-blading I would highly recommend Fernanda.

There is no one that does such a professional job like she does. Her place of business is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. She takes time to ensure that she is measuring your face and eyebrow area properly and chooses the right color tones. I would not want anyone else to perform microblading or permanent make up on me besides her. Milla has had years of experience and people travel from all over to see her. I don't think there is anyone in the ATL area with as much experience as Milla. If you have no eye brows, just a little bit, if you have been through chemotherapy, call Milla. I was able to leave her office and head right back to work the day of my procedure. I am seven days from my procedure and things are healing exactly the way she said they would. She is awesome! I hadn't intended on getting a facial at all today, but Jamecia really made my experience the best. I called earlier in the day around noon to see if her business was open and to my surprise, she was able to fit me right in on such short notice. In light of everything going on in the world, I have been trying to support many more Black-owned businesses and I'm so glad I could start my Saturday with her. She is located in Tucker, GA in a quaint little space and upon arrival she asks you to arrive with your mask on (you will be able to take it off during the service), wash your hands, and takes your temperature because #covid19. Very appreciative of her efforts to keep her clients safe and her space sanitized for each guest! I decided to get the Refined Facial and B3 Back Facial. The entire experience was about two hours and included extractions, steaming, masks, and recommendations on products I could use to clear my acne and hyperpigmentation up in the future. She also has products on-hand for purchase as well. To my surprise, my back facial also included a massage and wow! Jamecia is so gentle, but really understands how to target your problem areas. She is also, in my opinion, very affordable for the quality of products she uses, location and precision in her work. She also made me peach tea with honey after my entire experience and made sure all my questions were answered. I can't wait to tell everyone about her business!

I can't speak for the actual service since I wasn't able to get my brows done only the customer…read moreservice. I bought a groupon to get my eyebrows microbladed here. Scheduling the first appointment was very easy and Ming seemed to be really helpful and nice. I canceled this appointment, which was my own fault I know. But things seemed to go downhill after that. I'm not sure if she's the only person that works there but it's very hard to get an appointment. She is often booked or has family plans/trips she's going on. If there were more technicians that would make things easier for all involved. Scheduling the actual appointment was probably one of the most frustrating things I've had to do in awhile. Nothing Ming said made sense and all of her days seemed to be confused. She would say she had a day available and then say she didn't have that day and so on. Finally I was able to get an appointment and was very excited. I waited all week for this, taking care not to drink or go in the sun a whole week prior like her website said. On the day of the appointment I drove 35 minutes and got there on time only to get no answer at the door. Not to mention the building was very sketchy and as you can see on here no reviews, so I couldn't tell you what her actually salon looked like. After texting her to say no one was answer the door she called me and let me know that she somehow forgot my appointment. How do you forget that you are going to micro blade someone's eyebrows that day? She says she forgot and was over an hour away. Then she proceeded to ask me why I was even getting done!! I mean micro blading is not just a simple thing and if you don't even know your client who paid a couple hundred dollars is getting this done then you clearly aren't an invested business owner. In my opinion it was a blessing in disguise, and I will pay the extra $200 dollars to go to a real salon, not a groupon deal, and get my eyebrows microbladed by a true professional that will not just forget my appointment and not even know what procedure we're doing that day. Like I said this review is not on Ming's work as a eyebrow technician only her customer service.

I called to make an appointment and the first time a man answered and he said I would get a call back to schedule. I don't really care for that process but ok. Obviously she uses some kind of answering service. That cool. She calls and mentioned she was driving and that she had a family matter come up and to text her. I did and got a date set up for a week out. I live on Lenox(thank god)so I was close by. I was excited and went to the location which is right on Piedmont near Molly Maid. I go into the building and up the stairs. I knock on the door and nothing. I stand there and say maybe she's running late. I call her and no answer. I text and nothing. She calls back and first apologized and tells me she's out of town. (Mic drop) I say "it's fine call me when you get back". I promptly block her number and call Groupon for a refund. I ended up getting it done with Adora Tokyo. You can see her verifiable work on Instagram. I also payed less because she had a special on her website. It obviously wasn't meant to be with Ming.
