This decision is not a reflection of the dentist or the clinical care, which has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.

The entire process was about 30 minutes and painless for me. I had no teeth sensitivity issues during or after the procedure. Before she begins, she looks at your teeth to see what whiteness level you are at and with this system, she can get you at least 2 shade brighter--maybe more depending on how many touch up appointments you do! The process involves a few mouth rinses and whitening formula painted on your teeth. Then, you get to take a nice nap while the laser light shines on your teeth. This best part is that you see results immediately! The aftercare is pretty easy too! She gives you the whitening aftercare gel that you put on your toothpaste each night when you brush. Let's just say after I was done, my wife is very satisfied. When I asked about it, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, and the explanation I received did not address my concerns.
