Midway through my package, the owner disappeared without notice and passed me off to someone who could only communicate using a translation app. I was stuck with needles and injected with substances I wasn't informed about, and when I asked about swelling and hard spots, I got blank stares. My final session was so painful I could barely move, and when I spoke up, the owner told me I was "being dramatic." That's not just unprofessional--it's dangerous and negligent. And instead of owning their mess, they went on Google and lied in their response--twisting my words, fabricating timelines, and completely dodging responsibility. If you're thinking of trusting them with your post-op care, don't. Save your money, your recovery, and your sanity.

I asked if he took credit cards also and he said no but zelle yes, still cash was preferred. I had zelle and cash for tip. I went in and it was empty. Glad I did as he said haircut and bread shape would be $40 now that's not bad. The guy who did my haircut was super cool and talkative. I ended up paying the $40 with a $15 tip and highly satisfied. Its a cool shop, I'll be back and really felt comfortable here. I zelled by the way and gave the cash and walked out.
