To top it off, her nail polish was still wet and ended up staining my car seats and clothes. This was Cashew's first professional groom after being done at home for 1.5 years, and I'm furious I trusted this place. When I called to complain, they had the audacity to say I was paying for an "experience," not the actual groom! How does that even make sense? Who takes their dog to a groomer for the "experience" and not for an actual service? They didn't even blow-dry her, just towel-dried and sent her home, claiming she was "nervous." Funny how they conveniently forgot to mention that when I picked her up. They only said something AFTER I called to discuss my concerns! Then they admitted they don't check if the dog's nails are dry before sending them home. Unbelievable. So, not only did I pay for a half-finished job, but I also had wet nail polish all over my belongings. They offered a pathetic $5 refund, which is a joke considering the disaster they caused. If you care about your dog and don't want to be scammed, stay far away from this place!

boarded my cat Rose for 3 nights. We looked at the facility before deciding to board her there…read more When we toured there were no cats and the room was very clean. We brought her there on 7/3, we brought her a blanket toys and food. I explained how much and how ofter she eats. However upon picking up Rose I had several concerns. When we dropped her the other cat was free to roam which was what I saw, when I returned the same cat was out free to roam. I  was told not to worry that you all had experience with difficult cats, but between the two workers they both were afraid to let her out. My husband had to go get Rose out so my concern is that if you could not get her out today how were you getting her out the last 4 days for playtime or was she just confined to that small space. I also inquired about how was her condo so dirty and was told it took a little time to clean. The litter box was filthy as well. At home her litter box is cleaned twice a day. My other concern was that the bag of food that I brought there for Rose,  once returned had very little taken from the bag. I am very irritated and concerned about the dirty conditions Rose was subjected to and whether she was confined to that little space we removed her from. Rose is like a child to us and I thought that during my absence she was well taken care of.  It took us a while after getting home to calm her down.

My kitty once developed a goopy pink discharge in her eye due to being bapped by my other cat. I called and they fit me in that night at 830pm. The veterinarian was very gentle with my baby and did a very thorough checkup. Turns out my kitty was quickly forming an ulcer which we caught very early. We were able to heal it within a week! Turns out the place is open 24/7 so they're the best for emergencies. I also highly recommend this vet for their dental work. My kitty had to have a few teeth extracted and the vet took before, during, and after pictures that were texted to me for reassurance. They did an amazing job on the stitching and she had no post surgical issues. Overall this is hands down the best vet in Lafayette.

I communicated to the techs that she is very skittish and has came from an abusive home. They either disregarded this remark or didn't have the necessary experience to understand the situation and handled her just as any dog. Due to this she did react negatively and bit a tech. They then came back and told me I was lucky that it didn't cause any bleeding otherwise they would've quarantined her at the pound. I am not sure how more clear I could be saying this dog came from an abused home and is skittish. She has never bitten anyone as long as I've had her but how my communication was disregarded and how she was handled escalated the situation unnecessarily which almost resulted the to quarantining my dog.
