Let me tell you why people and you need to pay attention to this although if you call Maria out on it she'll tell you she's adding attacks but she won't explain why she's adding the tax before she subtotals it and then lets the machine tax you a second time now my question is is it me does anybody else see that is just plum stealing from people because I do.  Think about it if you steal $2 per person a day and you have 100 people that's $200 extra a day that you pocket from stealing.  She did this to my friend and last month and she called her out on it and we didn't go there and we usually go three times or so a week and we've just stopped going and we thought all right we'll try it and she's still doing it and I asked if the menu prices were correct and was told yes.  All I'm saying people is watch your bill.

The salad that came as a side came only with tomatoes and lettuce according to my server but adding cheese, olives, onions, or peppers would be an upcharge. I'm not sure if it was $0.50 extra for each item or altogether but I got peppers, onions, and tomatoes. The blue cheese dressing was excellent which large chunks. The salad was ok but had some brownish lettuce which I left behind. In addition to the salad, all dinners come with a warmed basket of bread which was excellent. The spaghetti and meatballs were great. The sauce is slightly sweet but had an excellent flavor; the spaghetti was done slightly more than al dente and I like it. The pizza slice tasted much better than it looked. The onions were delicious, the crust delicious and crisp without being hard. The pepperoni was thin, grocery store kind which was just okay. I also got a Pepsi to go since I had a long drive ahead and was accommodated. I would eat here again. The food was good, the service good, everything was ready in a timely fashion. The cook / manager (owner?) was also very nice. I've tried other OIPs and while some are better than others, they're all pretty good.

This restaurant is a hometown landmark. People travel from all over the area for this pizza…read more They are only open Tuesday - Saturday but that doesn't hurt the popularity of this local establishment. They have other items on the menu but their special is the pizza. Rome wasn't built in a day and so if your looking for hot and ready pizza just go on down the road and find a Little Cesar's. The pizza here is hand made then it is hand rotated through several different ovens to complete the process. On average you will be looking at 45 minutes on a slow night and more on a busy weekend. The good news is it is well worth the wait. If you happen to be in a hurry and you not feeling very sociable then call ahead. The small dining room in the back is good for getting together with family and friends or take a seat at the bar, watch the Penguins or Pirates, and order a cold one. They have a small domestic draft selection as well as a larger variety of domestic and imports in the bottle. This is a full service bar so mixed drinks and wine are also available. You will not find deals like two medium pizza for 5 bucks here either. The price for the pizza is kind of high but the quality of the product is worth the extra cash. It's the entire experience of this establishment that makes it so special. If you have not been here before, I would recommend you take some time in the near future and stop in.

Have you ever had somewhere that you loved but considered not leaving a review to keep it a secret?…read more Margarita's Pizza is a small downtown ma and pa dollar-slice-style joint (slices are more than a dollar because it's 2025) that really hit the spot for us. 5/5 Food: the cheese pizza was excellent. I'm not a usually a cheese pizza kind of person, and loved every bite. The meatball parmigiana was good, the meatballs seemed like the real deal, with little bits of fennel in some bites. The cookie was great. 4/5 service: It is NOT a typical restaurant setup. You go to the front and wait for the man and woman to find a break in their cooking to come and help you. We went in person and got a table for 5 with crying hungry kids, and they were kind to us, and helped serve us promptly. As we sat there, person after person came in and seemed to know the owners after repeated purchases. The woman was kind and efficient. Note: no cards for purchases under $10. 4/5: ambiance. For dollar slice places, it is roomier. The setting was clean enough, nothing fancy- red tables with attached benches. I can't wait to go back to Margarita's. Also, looking through the negative reviews, here seem to be the issues people report: - hard piece in the meatball sub (I had this too, think I was fennel) - not taking cash for under $10 (true) - getting called out by the owner for peeing on the toilet seat (makes me want to give the owner 6 stars ) 5 stars: I will try to convince others to go back 4 stars: I will suggest going if we are nearby 3 stars: I will eat here if someone in my group wants to or if I am alone and need a convenient eat. 2 stars: I will take some convincing to go back. 1 stars: I will not come back.

Great sauce good. amount of cheese, solid crust. I also got an order of mozzarella sticks, which were good! Service here was great very kind and welcoming. Food came out fast and was only about $12. It's a cute old-school place which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend and I will be back.
