They charge $8 for insurance which is optional and they tell you about. Then they charge $12.99 for a benefit program and they dont tell you about that charge. Signing up for this is not in the fine print even tho when i argued they said it was. Also i asked to take this fee off they didnt. They tried to pressure me into keeping it. Also thoes fees do not go towards your principal balance. You also have to pay a $50 (down payment) which is not really a down payment and they dont tell you it dont go towards your principal balance. Also i was told when finance i could change my payment date. When i tried to do so Mandy (no longer there) gave me the run around. My payoff amount do not equal the amount my signed contract says. Also AcceptanceNow goes went on my credit as owing 1200 for a loan when I only financed $450 worth of furniture. I will be paying off next week and never buying anything else from this store. Again pay cash dont finance!

Was told they would be mailing me a check in 14 business days.....18 days later and NO REFUND....I call the store and BRANDON is clueless as to what I should do...claims he is the manager of the store so there is no one else I can talk to besides corporate and corporate office would be the only one to provide me info on my refund. He provides me a corporate number that goes straight to a recording! The recording tells you to text the number for immediate assistance. I have tried being patient with the business but My next move is the BBB because this is ridiculous!!!!!

I found it was very half-hurried painting. When I mentioned this to one of the people working there, they said "oh, well we will be happy to paint the areas we missed". How about you do it right the first time, especially for what they're charging. 2. Everything is painted white, it would be nice to see other colors, muted blues, muted greens, gray, black. Conclusion: you're better off buying furniture off Facebook marketplace and refinishing it yourself. You'll save money and if you do it correctly you'll have a beautiful piece that will stand the test of time. If you're going to do something, do it right the first time, don't just slap some paint onto furniture like the people selling at LaBelle and Co. obviously do, that hasn't been properly cleaned, deglossed, sanded and primed.

I wanted to switch out the pillow covers and I was told that I had to buy the pillow inserts as well. I told them the pillow inserts were fine but both the Richmond sales representative and the Summer Classics corporate office told me I had to buy the pillow insert and cushions. Doesn't make sense to me when people want to switch out their decor from season to season plus the fact that there Are zippers on the cushions. In addition, I was told they have a special machine that puts the pillow covers and cushion covers on. I have a special machine too called my arms. Best bet would be to buy Sunbrella or another brand if you want to change your patio decor easily. Finally, I don't know the purpose of selling swatches if you can't change your decor easily.
