I go here reasonably often after nights out or when I just fancy something delicious and probably bad for me, and I've always been impressed with both the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. Comparing it to the big name in fried chicken in the centre of town, Sam's is a lot more consistent in serving food that is actually hot and fresh. The portion sizing is always generous, and they have a great range of options on deals and different food items. With an exception or two here and there, I've always been greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. Very much an improvement on the usually dismissive service I get elsewhere.

I asked if I can just get any small packets of ketchup instead of the bottle but they told me they don't have it. I can tell they have been lying because this restaurant is normally busy and it's impossible that they don't have 1 unopened ketchup bottle or even the small packets for take away. And most of the bottles that were out were nearly empty. Because of that, I bought 1 from an Iceland nearby. This is not a problem with other Nandos branches in the UK.
