They are slanging out meals with precision! Their garlic Parmesan sauce for their wings you can tell are house made and not out a bottle somewhere. They've got this sweet and savory sauce that kinda looks like syrup that when you combine it with their lemon pepper seasoning and have em toss it with your wings is HEAVENLY. Fish was cooked crispy to perfection. Mac and Cheese was hitting and Yams were off the hook with pieces of pineapple in it. Food is so good here I went twice in the same week! Neighborhood is sketchy but if you mind your business and keep your head on a swivel then you're good. In addition you're right next door to a fire station so YN's, meth heads, or heroine MAGA's aren't that stupid to try something so close to public servants. Go check em out!

Sauces * G daddy- good * Kurt- good, but very watery * Hot grandpa- good not spicy at all, maybe a little twang. Secondary no greens and green beans are both made with pork. Wings (extra dry rub seasoning)- 3/5 cooked good, but we requested well done. Flavor just okay. Burnt ends- 2/5 not burnt at all. Very fatty chewy. Used to crispy caramelized burnt ends, these were just Ends.. Very much tasting, not necessarily to get full *Service: Friendly, attentive, but not hovering *Ambiance: Clean, quite during happy hour, however, starts to fill up as the evening continues. * Menu: Limited happy hour menu, don't expect a full menu, but what they offer is done well Must Order: * Sticky Roasted Carrots. I don't like carrots and I couldn't stop grabbing a piece Drinks: * The Sycamore Old Fashion... very strong, but I like strong drinks Cost: $33 w/o tip | $44 with tip (split between 2 people) * What we ordered: Sticky carrots Meze Scallops (not on happy hour menu) The Sycamore Old Fashion Italian 90 *Comes with complimentary bread. Also, gluten free options* Best for: Casual check in Low key date maybe if you work near German Village. Traffic during happy hour is a bit backed up I wouldn't go for solo dining, unless I sat outside during warmer weather. However, the feeling is best for a quick get together with 1-2 friends. Would I come back? ... Yes! Definitely for Happy Hour.

Finally came to for lunch on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet inside, very clean and plenty of space to seat and eat. Parking is available at Vine Street Garage and I believe all the vendors at North Market should be able to validate parking. Ok now for the food, I ordered the chicken sandwich but I opted for the Range dressing, because I just love HCT's ranch. I can have the ranch with everything. The sandwich came with 2 sliced of white bread on both sides, pickles and slaw. I have never had the sandwich before this event, and let me tell you, the sandwich is huge. You will make a mess, but it's worth it! It was delicious especially when you pair it with their sweet tea! As always the staff at any HCT are very friendly and prompt, this location was no exception. Good food and good service, can't beat that! Can't wait to visit HCT again!

I also noticed a large fridge being used in the back, which made me wonder how fresh the food really is. Chicken Tenders: came out hot and moist. Still, Hatty B's holds the top spot for me. Pickles: Much sweeter than expected--if you like sweet pickles, you'll enjoy them. Hush Puppies: These were a standout. Super crispy and well-seasoned. Fries: The wavy cut was fun, but they were pale, under-seasoned, and needed to be crispier. Mac & Cheese: Creamy and cheesy, just how it should be. But why was it served in prepackaged containers? Sauces The hot honey ranch was excellent. Their regular ranch and comeback sauce were also surprisingly good.
