Heaven's Best has them looking new again and with the low moisture process, my floors are almost dry as I type this. Seth was professional and friendly. Five rooms took about two hours worth of work. Very thorough in the cleaning process. I had everything picked up and the floor vacuumed, but he used his commercial vacuum to do a better job. Used a handheld vacuum box to get along the baseboards and corners then used a pre-cleaner to treat the stains. After that he used an orbital cleaner across the whole room to clean the carpet, followed by a carpet rake to stand it back up.
