I called Sonny Jones Welding and he said "If I can see it I can weld it, bring it on down" I drove over to his business, he looked under the MH and said he could fix it. This 80+ year old man crawled under the MH with his welding stick and fixed it. We were on our way within an hour. An RV repair shop would have needed to order parts, keep the MH for a week, and so forth. Great Job Sonny.

We hired Real Deal Curb Appeal Professional Services to install a fence at our home on November…read more12th. The finished fence is visually appealing; however, we have experienced two unresolved issues since installation. First, the fence is unstable on one end and moves noticeably even in light wind. Second, one of the installed gates sticks when opening and closing. I contacted the installer, Eric Johnson, by text on November 15th to report these issues. He responded promptly at first, stating the repairs would be scheduled as soon as possible and asked for my availability. I provided the date, but received no further communication. The scheduled day passed with no visit or update. I reached out again the following day, and Mr. Johnson informed me that the contractor assigned to the repair had been scheduled to come by but did not. He later stated that the contractor was in the hospital with his mother and offered to come out himself the next morning. Mr. Johnson did arrive the following morning and assessed that an additional fence post would be needed to stabilize the fence. That visit took place on November 19th. Since then, we have received no follow-up communication from Mr. Johnson or anyone from Real Deal Curb Appeal, and the issues remain unresolved. This review reflects our experience and the service received. As of this writing, I cannot recommend Real Deal Curb Appeal for future projects.
