After their below standard customer service by Sid, who not only could care less about their shoddy service, but proved incapable of understanding that someone had to move most of an apartment to accommodate for their ineptitude to do what they were hired to do in the first place. This story has a happy ending, though thanks to Magic Carpet coming through at the last minute to remedy my situation. Arthur, Drake and Jay were outstanding the way the installed carpet and had my place ready in a couple of hours!! Like true knights in shining armor. (notice one of them is named Arthur!), they showed up at the exact time that they said they would, got right to work, were respectful and did not leave any remnants except for new carpet! Now I don't have to arrange my furniture around the stains on my carpet! Thank you Magic Carpet you turned a really nasty situation into a truly magical one.

All I can say is you better call and book your car to be detailed ASAP before he raises his prices…read morebecause he is worth way more than he charges. It's amazing to have someone come to you to clean out and detail your car. And when I say detail I mean the most meticulous and thorough cleaning I have ever seen. He spent four hours on my Ford Flex and even managed to make the seats look like I don't have two extremely messy children. He has an interesting story about how he got into this business and he, honestly, couldn't be any nicer. You can call him, or message them on Facebook as they are very responsive. At $49.99 to clean out an SUV (for four hours remember) he is more than a real bargain...which is why I paid him double and told him he needs to raise his rates. I am so happy to have found him as Abilene was sorely in need of a decent service like this. I'm sure he will be very successful (they also do other types of cleaning, check out their website!)

But as time went on I could see that the hard to reach places didn't appear to be done, like the roof. I was told that they would contact me at 6 months to bring my truck back so they could check it out and detail it. Of course the detailing would be a couple hundred dollars. I never heard from them and I missed the 6 month return. So I called to get the truck in to get detailed and possible recoat and they are telling me that my 6 year warranty is void and no good. This is unacceptable! I paid the extra money to get the 6 year warranty!
