She was happy to answer the various questions I had before booking my appointment, and when she didn't know the answer to one, she sent me to a technician in the field to give me specifics. I can't think of the last time a company did that for me. Second, once the technician arrived for the appointment, he walked through the yard with me explaining everything he saw before getting to work. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me on the issues we were having (a few more than I realized), but also saved me a few bucks by showing me how to do some adjustments on my own for the future. He definitely didn't have to take that much time, but it really went above and beyond for me. Lastly, communication and billing was and is very straightforward.
