The owner did offer to send a replacement but it was really too little too late, given the amount of effort to speak to a responsible party. The flowers should have been replaced immediately, without the run around. She has tried once again to contact to accept the replacement, only to leave multiple messages with no return call. Buyer beware of the cloak of mystery behind location. Teleflora selected this florist for my order - I will no longer use that method but rather support the local brick and mortar florists in the Norristown area, e.g. Moles, Risher Van Horn, Penny's by Plaza Flowers, etc. I regret not going to them directly for this order.
