I ordered a floral arrangement online from this florist for my son and his wife to celebrate the recent birth of their son. To say I am disappointed with their service, and the flowers that were delivered, is a huge understatement. First, I had requested a delivery after 2:00 to ensure someone was at home to accept the flowers. Apparently they did not read my notes as the flowers were delivered at 12:00. Secondly, the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture online. The picture in the left was what I thought I was ordering. The picture on the right is what was delivered to my son. I placed a phone call to the shop yesterday wanting an explanation but no one answered my call, despite my call being placed during their business hours, nor was my call returned. I'm pleased overall with Leary's flowers. They made my modest wedding bouquet and it was beautiful! Also, when I want flowers in the house I'll go there with however much I want to spend and the owner will put together a bunch of flowers for me. Ordered flowers for a funeral the next day and the morning of the funeral, they call me and tell me that they cancelled my order because I should have ordered from the Broomall store and not the Phoenixville store. I told them that the Broomall store cost $40 more for the same flowers. Instead of routing my order through the Broomall store for me, they told me I had to do it myself; and therefore I would have to pay $40 extra. That is called Customer DIS-service. So.........I ordered from Matlack and got 100% satisfaction with delivery in only about 2 hours for less $$$. We had used Leary's for many years, but NO MORE. read more

Not very happy with the quality of roses. They looked weathered and not fresh. Compared to other flowers my wife received that day, there is no comparison. Very disappointed!!! Ordered pink roses (upgraded to premium) for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her work through online a week prior. I've been a customer of Leary's for years. Purchase several times a year. Today (Feb 13) I stopped in to purchase a single long stem red rose. I do this regularly for my wife and am always charged $5. Today I picked out the rose and brought it to the desk for payment. The woman behind the desk says, "that will be $7.99." I respond to her, "Seriously? I always pay $5.00. By any measure that's a huge percentage increase... what gives?" She says, "It's Valentine's Day and the suppliers jack up the price." Really, I didn't know there was a red rose shortage. Was it in the news? I hate being taken advantage. This chump will not be bringing his business to Leary's again any time soon. read more

On Tuesday 2/16/16 I ordered 45.00 floral arrangement from Learys Flowers in Phoenixville delivered to my husband at his hotel. He was here for medical tests and surgery. I get here last night 2/18/16 and the arrangement has dead flowers already. Called the flower shop and they say to me "I don't know what to tell you". End of call.
