Because I had tried other Florists in or near my area, i.e., Kremps and Penny's Florists. They BOTH were Absolutely Horrible, a total waste of my money, time and energy. The Flowers are always fresh and the florists are extremely talented and skilled. Everyone who works in Coupe Flowers are so friendly and helpful at all times, too. "It went to 2691 then they brought to 2615 now it's in my hands"…read moreThis was the response I got after a second day of not finding it! The address was clear on the fruit basket. HONESTLY, I will NEVER use this company again. Sad, because they are just down the road. We always shop there for our holiday items. For a fruit basket to have cheese flavored Ruffles as a substitutions is shameful and that is just what I see from the photo! I don't dare ask what the inside held. With the item being left outside it had a lot of moisture in the package. This is FAR FROM $100 fruit and cheese basket. In total it was $127.77. I do understand that substitutions could be made. I just expected a little more quality from the company. It seems rather like false advertising to get something SO different. I just noticed... WHERE IS THE BASKET??? WE ARE VERY LET DOWN!!! UPDATE: After being passed to 2 people, I was told they were very busy during Valentines. ???? This order was placed on the 18th of Feb. "We brought in help." The guy, the owner, tells me I'll get a refund, he didn't want to hear details. Not that any of this helps that moment of gift giving. UNRELIABLE.

This flower shop is so charming it could easily pass for a fairy's cottage. I originally stopped by…read morefor the café, but I couldn't help but feel enchanted by the décor throughout the entire space. Even though about half of the plants and flowers are artificial, they look remarkably realistic and blend seamlessly with the live ones. I also loved the variety of plants and flowers available for sale--from potted plants to beautifully arranged bouquets in vases. What truly topped off the experience was the warm and friendly service from every staff member I encountered in the shop. It's a wonder, then, that the café's customer service felt entirely different from the one in the store--hence, the loss of one star in my rating. Like what the other Yelper mentioned, I also noticed that the baristas seemed too preoccupied with their tasks than to assist customers. When I approached the counter, one barista spent a long time arranging a food order, while another was busy restocking coins in the cash register. Even though they could clearly see me and another customer standing right in front of the counter, neither of them acknowledged or greeted any of us. After standing there in silence for quite a while, I eventually gave up and didn't bother placing an order. At that point, a vending machine might have been a better option--it would've at least been more responsive.

In fact, the owner herself has been less than welcoming. Recently, I stopped by with a friend and had lunch in the café. The individual behind the counter did not acknowledge us for at least eight minutes while she was preparing another customer's order. Once she did, there was no smile or pleasant greeting. The soup was luke warm and tasted awful and the quiche was like a rubber display. It was definitely not money well spent. This is no longer a favorite place to visit.
