I actually had a good experience with Flowers by Nora. They came up as a local florist, although I don't think they are actually local--I believe they are a third-party service that coordinates with local florists. My daughter attends university nearly 400 miles from home in a smaller town, where flower delivery can be surprisingly expensive. Flowers by Nora offered a reasonable price, so I placed an order for Valentine's Day. Afterward, I saw some of the negative reviews and started worrying that I might have made a mistake. I emailed them because I hadn't received a delivery confirmation or tracking information, and they responded promptly confirming that the flowers had been delivered as scheduled. More importantly, my daughter sent me a photo of the actual arrangement, and I was pleasantly surprised! The flowers looked lovely and were a good value for what I paid. My experience was positive, the flowers arrived on time, and I would use them again. read more

WORST online flower experience. I felt like I was being scammed. First red flag was when I didn't get an email confirmation. This company was quick to take my money out of my account though. Second red flag delivery was scheduled for next day but got there 4 days late. I tried contacting them and I kept getting someone named 'V' she kept saying my order doesn't exist or was not found. 3 days later 'V' called saying the delivery was on the way and she would send me delivery confirmation. This was another lie. I never received a confirmation or any communication. On the day of delivery the recipient received the wrong flowers and more then half of the flowers were DEAD. When I sent 'V' a picture, she said the flowers get 'wilted' sometimes. No apology or sympathy. She then tried to offer me a 50% discount. I said absolutely not and demanded a refund. She said I had to talk to the 'finance dept' and request it with them. Once I was transferred, it was on hold while they contacted the local florist handlers they asked her to tell me to take 50% off again but I refused. Finance dept finally agreed and I held them on the phone until I received an email confirmation. The women was trying to get rid of me on the phone but I made sure she waited until the email was sent to me. This is by far the most saddest and embarrassing flower delivery services ever. DO NOT trust this site, or flowers by Eve, flowers by Nora, or Sunnyflowers, as they all are flowers brokers that take taking your money quickly, but order from local flowers shop who get paid a lot less as a result the flowers arrangements are poor and not what your originally promised thought their site. read more

I was very unhappy with their service. I chose Flowers by Nora because they had a better selection of arrangements than some other florists and I was looking for something more special than a traditional arrangement that many other florists offer. I called to place my order and was very specific and what was sent did not look anything at all like the arrangement I ordered. In fact, the arrangement sent was very plain and unattractive. I was embarrassed that this was what my friend received. I asked if they could replace the order and send an arrangement close to what I ordered and what was pictured on their website. They said all they could do for me was give me a $20 refund on the premium arrangement I ordered and referred me to their website. I believe that if they can't match it exactly, they should at least try to match the order and style as close as possible, but this was nowhere close. I would not recommend this business. read more

I found on line for next day funeral. I am out of state. Put in zio code of church and funeral home in Jamaica, NY. Flowers by Nora popped up. I chose the Peaceful white garden and upgraded to Premium $89.00 (before fees). I even called them to make sure they knew viewing time at funeral home (for delivery) vs funeral service at church. They informed me no problem would be there well before 4 p.m. next day. The bereaved family sent a picture and a thank you for remembering. The flowers were sent in behalf of my late sister as this was her best friend's family. The pictures say it all...what I ordered vs what was sent. To make matters worse when I called to complain about a total different bunch of ragtag flowers they proceeded to hide behind their policy of being able to make substitutions as to flowers, containers, and arrangements. I have NEVER had a florist make these changes without contacting the customer for approval. Nothing they put together (not arranged) remotely resembles the item I selected. I told them I would do both Goggle & YELP reviews, as well as notify American Express and file a complaint on the charge. They wrote me back that after careful consideration a $30 rebate would be sent to my method of payment. I am heartbroken this was displayed at a funeral and they should be ashamed. I am 2300 miles away. Lesson learned. Everyone else be ware. I should have found a recommended florist from church or funeral home. I usually use local florists of recipient's area. I had no time in this instance and thus got burned. read more

Called and placed an order. The person taking the order confirmed same day delivery. After going through the entire process, two hours later I received an email letting me know the order could not be delivered that day. They left me very little time to find an alternative. It was crucial for the same day delivery. They accepted my cancellation, offered no apology, and sounded like they could not care if I used them or not. Very POOR service. NEVER use them. read more

These people do not even deserve a 1 star review . They are a scam . Do not trust that your order will be delivered on time or at all . STAY AWAY and make sure you are calling an actual store not some 3rd party scammer. read more

Ordered what looked like a Beautiful arrangement of flowers for my boss's birthday to be delivered on 9/21/26 but it never arrived. Called before 5pm because I knew she was about to leave. She never received it, I called the number on my order email and the person who was handling the situation was rude and u helpful. I work in hospitality industry and I listen to our customers/guest and take care of whatever situation or issue they may have. But Flowers by Nora just don't listen or care they just want your money. Trying to shop local I went with this company. $59.99 plus free delivery bouquet turned into an over $80 investment. A service fee of $18.99 was added with no explanation. The first picture is the stock photo on their website with the description of the bouquet. The second photo is what was actually delivered. I am appalled and embarrassed that this was sent to my friend. The flowers are sad and droopy. My local Tom Thumb has better arrangements. Three weeks before Mother's Day, my daughter ordered a $90 floral arrangement from Flowers By Nora for delivery. The first photo shows what was advertised online, and the second photo shows what we actually received. The arrangement delivered was about one-third the size of what was pictured and honestly looked nothing like what was ordered. To make matters worse, it was delivered the day before Mother's Day instead of on the actual holiday. When we contacted the company, they did nothing to make it right. Their policy apparently allows them to substitute arrangements at any time, but this was far beyond a reasonable substitution. I would never order from Flowers By Nora again. I truly hope they read this review and do the right thing by giving my daughter a full refund because the product we received was absolutely not worth what was paid. read more

This is a SCAM company. Their website says family owned and when I googled local florists near Madison, IN this company came up. It's been a week of back and forth and still no delivery of flowers to my grandmother in the hospital. Lots of excuses: can't deliver to the ICU, the order was put on hold, need a better delivery address and now the last and final excuse-----they are out of flowers. Yep, they don't have one single flower in the shop! And, now I'm realizing that's actually the truth. They don't have a single flower because they are a SCAM COMPANY. I've exchanged a half dozen or more emails with the company and each time it's a different employee name. I've not talked to or exchanged an email with the same person twice--how many employees does a small, family owned business have??? DO NOT USE this company. I have reported them to the BBB as well. SCAMMERS!!!!! read more

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter's birthday because I couldn't be with her in person. The entire point was to let her know I was thinking about her on her special day. Instead, I received an email late that evening saying they couldn't fulfill the order due to "supply issues" and had already processed a refund. Running out of flowers isn't what I'm upset about. Businesses have problems. The issue is that no one contacted me until it was too late for me to do anything about it. A simple phone call that morning would have made all the difference. I could have ordered from another florist, asked them to deliver just the balloons, accepted a substitute arrangement, or at the very least called my daughter to let her know I hadn't forgotten her birthday. Instead, she spent the day believing I'd forgotten to send her something. There were so many opportunities to handle this better, but the company chose to send an email after the day was essentially over. A refund doesn't fix a missed birthday. Good customer service isn't about never having problems. It's about communicating when they happen. Unfortunately, Flowers by Nora failed completely at that. read more

The absolute WORST. My bad for not reading the reviews first. We had a Celebration of Life for my mother in law and I specifically asked for the arrangement to be delivered by Noon, since the celebration was at 2PM. The arrangement arrived at 4:25PM, well after the celebration and it didn't look anything like what I ordered. When I sent an email with a copy of my confirmation email attached showing my request and indicating my disappointment, they offered an $18.99 refund (the arrangment originally cost almost $100). Not only was the arrangment a disappointment, the fact that we didn't have it at the celebration made it sting all the more. I'm just really pissed. read more

Very disappointed. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I wish I had checked Yelp before ordering because I had the same experience as everyone else. Went to place an order for a friend needing a pick me up... it was cancelled within the hour due to 'supply issues'. All because I was attempting to support a local business without going through a third party delivery service. When I asked about any other arrangement, I was told 'no flowers in stock'. I asked for a referral to another local florist and it was 'try Google'. Well no kidding, how did you think I ended up here? I'm sure none of this has to do with the fact that the order was coming from New Mexico to someone with a non American last name. Enjoy your review, Valery. read more

I ordered a Bouquet of flowers from their website but only after talking to its customer service on the phone about the choices I had and pricing. I was told that the bouquet shown on the web site is for the "Deluxe" at an additional charge and I agreed to it. So I placed the Order # N-3142-790494-5643 on July 9, 2026 for delivery on the same day. I had paid $93.88. The bouquet was delivered on the same day as promised. But, after the delivery made, I find out that the amount of flowers in the vase was much lower than what the photo had shown on the website and even the Vase was a bit smaller! When I complained, I was refunded $20.00. And, I was OK with it. But then next day the flowers started WILTING! I complained again and asked for a replacement or full credit per its own published RETURN Policy but I was refused. Here is a copy of its policy statement: "Refunds & Replacements We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or do not meet quality expectations. To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product." Warning do not use this florist! This was a horrible experience. My dear friend's mother passed away and we wanted to make sure we got the best we could. I ordered the flowers online but at the Service the arrangement was not there When I called to ask about it they said they had delivered it that morning but on going through the whole funeral home, it was not there. We called again and they said they would look into it. They must have realized they never delivered it so made up an inferior arrangement and delivered it at 4 PM when the funeral home was getting ready to shut down for the day. Not only did they lie about the delivery, they tried to cover their tracks by replaced it with a small arrangement when I had ordered the biggest one. When I sent pictures and complained they said they would only refund me 50%. It is sad to see a business lie to their customers and try to cover their tracks and then offer only 50% of my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered two arrangements for an out of state funeral. I called to place the order to ensure it would be at the funeral on time. She assured me yes they would be delivered by 9-9:30 am. The service began at 10am. We received an email at 9:07 saying "due to supply issues they can't deliver the arrangement". I don't believe they ever intended to...one was a large floral arrangement from my 91 year old mother as it was her sister's funeral. Mine was a potted plant. They are not legit. I contacted the company regarding my order, and they requested photos. I provided clear pictures that clearly showed the arrangement I received was significantly different from what was advertised. To resolve the issue, I requested either a replacement arrangement comparable to the approximately $70 difference in value or a full refund for my $93 purchase. Instead, the company initially offered a $20 credit and later increased it to $30 without discussing or providing the options I had requested. My father was mistaken by their Google Ad. First florist popped up on Goggle as a local florist & my dad didnt realize it wasn't the florist he normally uses. Its a complete disgrace & disservice to the local florist shops. Flowers are not the quality or type mentioned in the ad. We paid for a deluxe but did not receive a vase. The flowers were dropped at our door, we were home, in a USPS PRIORITY CARDBOARD BOX!! The flowers were also cut from the top because they were dying. Also, Withered brown on the tips. The flowers were delivered with no water!!! Let that sink in, flowers with no water!! We also paid for choclates that were not received. In addition, we paid for a Full Size Greeting Birthday Card & received a plain white card with a slit of paper inside. The florist didnt even handwrite the note. The card is a plain white card you buy to make your own / print your own. It was absolutely pathetic. We will be filing it as a scam with our bank if Nora does not get back to us with a refund.
